You can taste really delicious Korean food. The atmosphere is nice and you can taste the taste of a skilled chef. And the food is set up really nicely. I highly recommend Dolsot Bibimbap. Go and enjoy it. You will love it.

I went in on Wednesday morning, and as soon as I stepped into the restaurant the whole atmosphere felt like I stepped foot into a restaurant that was in Korea. I was seated very quickly and my server Jasmine was very attentive, informative, and friendly (she was also cute). I got the bulgogi bibimbap and it was extremely tasty. A must go to spot in Charlotte 10/10
Fast food, decent helping. I got the Ramen. Had a nice kick to it. Only issue was when the waitress came and in her zeal started squirreling away my food bowl before I was done.

A friend of mine recommended I try the Sundubu and I'm so thankful she did! Wow, its like a spicy bowl of silken tofu hugs. Sooo comforting on a cold night. I also tried the Gimbap and it was very good. Looking forward to trying more menu items .

I got the spicy pork bibimbap and it was really good, the rice, veggies, meat and gochujang sauce was incredible. Also got the chicken gangjeong appetizer which was really good too. Between those 2 dishes it was a good amount of food for 2 people. I will definitely be back !

We ate here for our first korean eating experience. I have mixed feelings coming out of it.The food was delicious by one hand, beautifully made. I really liked the containers were metal. I loved the apetizers. However, everything felt too simple to warrant the price. The only things that are more complex are the sauces and meats, but everything else is very simple. Again, it was delicious, but for $16+ dollars, I expected more complexity.Service was very kind, and I would live to come back here when they add something more complex to the menu.
