Came in today and got a matcha milk tea with milk cap and boba. the boba isn’t fresh, it’s definitely prepackaged and gummy almost. It seems they have been having a quality issue for a hot minute. I won’t be back

Placed an online order on Monday. Received a call from Binki that they were closed and forgot to close online ordering and that I would be refunded. No refund.Stopped in the store to request my money back. Gave me the runaround about a third party and refused to give me a refund. The manager was the most incompetent, useless man that I've encountered in a long time.If this disgusting level of incompetence is running the restaurant, imagine what goes on in the kitchen. AVOID!

The ramen was salty with no other flavor, the eggs we overcooked and the pork belly didn't have much flavor. Additionally, there was a long spider web hanging from the ceiling.
I drove 30 minutes to Biniki Cafe because I wanted the spicy fried chicken bites. I had them about a month ago for lunch, and the food was fresh and tasty. Tonight, the chicken was old and rubbery. I told the gentleman at the register, and I even paid for another order of the spicy chicken bites. They were also old and rubber. TERRIBLE!!! Will not be back.
