Jaquaveon Hill was fantastic at serving us. He was very diligent in fixing my food the correct way. He made sure the pizza looked to my liking and was very pleasant to talk to. He definitely deserves a raise. He kept the line moving!!!!

The cashier refused to give me a cup for tape water, However I already ordered drink. Her name is planka. She talked to me in very disrespectful way. She claimed that this is the regulations of place. I used to go different branches in North Carolina and Massachusetts but I didn’t face this problem before. The staff is always generous in all branches I visited but except this lady in university city branch. I’m very disappointed.

This review is overdue. When I went to the Camden Rd location on pi day (3-14-23), they were handing out vouchers for a free pizza because they couldn't accept anymore orders. I used my voucher when I visited this location for the first time on Thursday, 03-17-23.The staff was friendly and kept the line moving. I ordered the red vine and had a good dinner. The Camden Rd location is closer but I'd return to this location when I'm in the vicinity.

A great place to go for a customized Pizza! I liked their thin crust base. There are plenty of topings to choose from. Pizza was ready in a few minutes and perfectly cooked. Tasted yum! One of the best Pizzas I ate in a long time!

I placed my order thru the app and it was not ready at the time provided. I would have been better off waiting in line. I had missing toppings and my crust was burnt. I really like blaze pizza but I was very disappointed in this visit.

Just want to shout out the crew who helped make this gluten free pizza! The first one came out stuck to the paper and was 100% sure they were going to give it to me. The manager? Or whoever was in charge that day put the pizza in the trash and immediately made me a new one. I’m never one to ask for stuff to be remade but this act of professionalism is truly rare in today’s service industry. Would like to say thank you to the man and the lady who helped me out, by far the best gf pizza I’ve had from Blaze.
