On Valentine’s Day, my wife, I, and two other couples decided to celebrate at Bonnie & Clyde’s Lounge, having reserved a table for 7 PM. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated, but what followed was a series of disappointments that marred our evening.For starters, our table was left unattended for 30 minutes, without so much as an offer for drinks. We had to actively seek out staff to get any service, which felt both unprofessional and disrespectful. Being a noticeable group of six, it was baffling how we could be overlooked.When it came time to order, our food arrived at staggered intervals, leaving us to eat in shifts rather than as a cohesive group. This disjointed service culminated in one of our friends eating alone because his meal was served significantly later than everyone else’s.To add insult to injury, upon receiving our bill, we noticed a 20% service charge had been added, citing a policy for parties of eight or more. However, we were only a party of six. When we questioned this, we were told the policy had “changed that day,” but the system hadn’t been updated—a poor excuse that felt more like a justification for an unwarranted charge.Our experience at Bonnie & Clyde’s Lounge was far from the special evening we had anticipated, leading to our unanimous decision to never return. It’s a shame that what should have been a night of celebration was overshadowed by such lackluster service and questionable practices.

Disappointing, the manager and bar staff needs better training. The manager that worked Sat night , 3/18/24, needs training in customer service and how to communicate with his bar staff. I ordered a two Smoked Old Fashions at the bar. The bartender was happy too make them after he found the wood chips. The drinks were delivered to my table. I tried to order a third Smoked Old Fashion at my table. The waitress said, I can only order that drink at the bar. I went to the bar to order it and a different bartender said they could not make that drink. I informed her that I had received two of them already. Then she said that the manager said they could not make it. I had to order it at the bar and drink it at the bar. I informed her that the manager was one of the people that brought the drink to my table. That night I spoke to 3 different bartenders and received 3 different answers. It is ridiculous to have a drink that has to be ordered and consumed at the bar. It is even worst that the manager cannot communicate a consist policy to his staff. My suggestion is to re-train the management and staff in customer service and have a consistent policy on service and drink preparation. IN ADDITION, PLEASE DO NOT LIE TO THE CUSTOMER. WE WILL FIND OUT.

I visited Bonnie and Clyde's last week at a friend's suggestion and boy was I pleasantly surprised. The food was good but the star of the show was our server Leigha. She was fantastic. She made great recommendations, kept our glasses filled, and made sure we had a great time. Drinks were really good, I had the brand new Love Potion martini - YUM! Food was excellent as well (beef tartare pictured). It's a swanky place and great vibe but also feels like a club with how loud the music is. Just a heads up if you're wanting more of a quiet, conversational ambience.

Our waitress Leigha was fantastic! She was able to tell us about the menu (which most server’s do not do) also when my hubbys drink got low, she already had another ready. A little dark as far as ambiance, but definitely a place to go for good drinks and cute atmosphere. We sat under the roses which I loved! And the bathroom was clean☺️ they do get busy after 5 so make a reservation. We had the filet and pork chop 10/10. We would definitely visit again.

This place is such a vibe. First timer and I’m quite impressed with the drinks, entrees and the overall customer service as a whole! I must say the Caribbean Salmon & The La Bomba which is a toffee/brownie dessert (which ultimately stole the show) is worth coming back for. Also, our server Leigha was amazing. She is extremely polite & efficient. Honestly, good customer service is hard to come by in Charlotte and she exceeded my expectations tonight with her expertise & professionalism. I definitely will be back!

100/10!! Everything was great from start to finish. This was a rare date night without the kids and it didn’t disappoint. The drinks were on point (we ordered the watermelon mint martini & the yellow jacket) but I finished with the citrus Pom martini which tasted like a citrus fruit candy and that was my favorite. We had the wagyu sliders and crab cakes as an appetizer and would highly recommend those. I had the salmon and my husband had the tomahawk pork chops and they were both amazing. Leah was our server she and was super nice & attentive!! The manager, Eric, also stopped by to check on things and was very personable with us. The vibe inside was amazing, very intimate and pretty. Will definitely be back.
