The restaurant week menu gave you a wide variety of choices so there was something for everyone. I had the azalea salad which was excellent. I also very much enjoyed the scallop/rice dish and had to take most of my carrot cake home. That too was sweet to perfection. We brought our friends and they too loved it.
The restaurant was so loud and the tables were on top of each other. Definitely not a restaurant for date night. The food was okay and the portions were small. The service was excellent, but sadly will never return.

David our server was great. First course was a rave for all 4 of us. Second course thesteaks were great, salmonwas a little well done,alittle disappointed in thepasta. It was a little too dry. Desserts were great.

For restaurant week, I had the filet mignon as my main course. It was absolutely delicious. In many cases restaurants do not get the temperature correct due to the way I order my steaks. Bonterra, however, cooked it to perfection. Linda served us and she was excellent - very attentive, personable and fast. My only concern is that it was hot in the restaurant. I don't know if there was a problem with the AC or what, but it was uncomfortable due to the temperature in the restaurant. Otherwise, it was a nice experience.
I was really looking forward to dining at Bonterra as it had been almost 10 years since dining at their old amazing location. It was my birthday, which no one had even acknowledged and we were only offered the Restaurant Week menu for our food offerings. The bisque was cold, the crab cake was good. Filets we're all cooked perfectly but it just felt all very underwhelming and something I could have made and elevated from home. The bar looked lovely and will definitely come back not during restaurant week.

Our experience was good but not superb. It was during Queens Feast and they were busy. Our server seemed a little overwhelmed with the number of tables he had. The food was excellent. It arrived hot and was very good. I had scallops and they were great. Not overcooked and the coconut sauce was a nice addition. My husband had the filet and it was cooked exactly as he requested and was also very good. Our desserts were fabulous. The only down side of the experience was the noise level. It was a little difficult to hear conversation from our friends across the table. On top of the people noise, they were playing music which only made everyone try to talk over the music. We would go there again.
**First off this restaurant so cute! Located in SouthPark in Charlotte, Bonterra is quaint and intimate with an upbeat, modern jazz vibe. Each staff member was extremely welcoming almost immediately which made going solo the least bit awkward ? although there were a combo of low dining tables, high cocktail tables, and a quiet lit up patio area, I sat at the bar top! I was greeted instantly and started with a glass of Tempranillo ? Beings that the menu is prix fixe I ordered all 3 of my courses at once in which the kitchen takes upon themselves to stagger. Course 1: lobster bisque ? tomato based Light and Creamy Spicy kick at the end With Small chunks of lobster Course 2: scallops ? Perfectly golden seared Not dry or rubbery Creamy bisque like sauce Once I had a bite with cilantro it took it over the edge And the Mushrooms were ?? Course 3: creme brûlée The best I've ever had! Blackberry jam on top was perfect It wasn't too sticky which I appreciated because it didn't get stuck in my teeth ?**
We went to Bonterra  for restaurant week and had a great experience. The food was wonderful and the service was top-notch. This is my first trip after they moved to the new location and it still has one of my favorite places in Charlotte.

Dinner was excellent! My friend and I were very happy with all that we picked. I had the scallops and my friend had the steak and they were both perfect! I strongly recommend the carrot cake ? My server was very attentive to my allergies, which I always appreciate. Overall we were both very happy with our meals.

Perfect all around. Food was excellent, service was over the top and actually everyone working in the restaurant went above and beyond to greet and welcome us. My husband and our neighbor both had lobster bisques and they are still talking about how exceptional it was. We will return!!
Terrific dinner. We usually try to avoid places participating in restaurant week, but how surprised we were at Bonterra to find the food plentiful and amazing. Service was great, thanks to our amazing server from New York, Linda. Great meal!!!

Had an after church brunch with my girlfriend here last Sunday. We had an amazing experience. Our server Travis was very attentive and helpful with menu selections. We stayed for over 3 hours talking, ordering more food and drinks. The place is very clean and food is delicious. Will be back for dinner reservation soon.

The food was excellent The soufflé was to die for I had the chicken with mashed potatoes which were excellent and I normally don't eat potatoes My husband had the Australian lamb He loved it The waiter Josh was the most attentive The world needs more waiters like him He made this dinner memorable Will definitely go back

We have dined at Bonterra quite a few times. It’s become one of our favorite restaurants in Charlotte. The food and drinks are always delicious. The service is superb and the atmosphere is always lovely. I feel like I’m in a fancy Paris cafe’ when we go. And the latte is so smooth and creamy!

We had a fabulous Father's Day brunch at Bonterra! Our server, Linda, was amazing. She truly was a people pleaser, and wanted to make sure our experience was top-notch, and she did! Food was delicious, even when something wasn't perfect, she made sure that it was. I will definitely be going back to Bonterra!
