Has to be one of my favorite chicken sandwiches in the city. on everything: the hot thigh chicken sandwich, extra mayo, add cheese, is FIIIIIIIIIIIIRRRREEEEEEEE. (I need a few slices of onions and bacon to really set it off but...STILL) the Freshly fried chicken, hand cut fries (YOU GOTTA GET THE BOSSY SAUCE AND RANCH) and the best sweet tea east of the Mississippi (liquid sugar in a cup. Aunt BEULAH GIVE ME THE RECIPE)The chicken wings are also amazing too, the ranch and blue cheese are fantastic. The staff are always super friendly when I come in, no matter whose working but i always see familiar faces which is great.Sidenote: if dining in, just listen to the music and it will absolutely set the entire vibe for the meal. It's truly a finishing touch10/10 will always go again. We were drawn in by the name which is fantastic, btw. I had the Beaut with spicy mayo & cucumber salad. Hubby had the fries with the Fried Chicken Thigh sandwich. Delicious! Friendly service and fun atmosphere and excellent music selections. We will be back on our next trip to Charlotte.

I went this evening to the uptown location and it was the best experience. All the workers are SO kind. The food is delicious as always. They always go above and beyond to make your your order is right and that you’re happy with everything. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone, and forever will do so.So so good. I ordered my food online to save time, but when I got there, they had not started my order. They were very nice and finally got my order. I got the Beaut with fries and a drink and a fried pie. The chicken was dry, and the fries were a bit salty (personal preference). Fried pie was good and not overly sweet, seemed a little soft or soggy. Still good food.

Staff is not sanitary enough they have on gloves, but they are touching other objects. One worker went outside with gloves on then came back in and started messing with the food only picking up for delivery. Do not recommend eating here Because of Lack of cleanliness.

Really good low key spot. A unique place with a really good atmosphere, garage doors open on the good days. really good service. Beet & wine bar and nice little desserts. Gotta try the handheld apple pie. Plus they got that good ice!!! ??
