“Well above my expectations! I was actually on my way to another Brazilian steakhouse and then this popped up on my Marriott bonvoy app. The concept same kind of cool with a Brazilian style sports bar so I decided to check it out. The plate that I had was really good and they have 34 Oz size beers available. Very lively when I walked in as there was a band playing which I found surprising for that time of day as it was only about 5:00 p.m. they were towards the end of their set so they had to have gotten there earlier. Guy behind the bar did take care of me but seem to be preoccupied with other things going on. Wasn't a big deal but I did have to wait a little to pay my tab and order my food. It was worth the wait though and is somewhere I will be back again!“
“I don't know how this place has changed 50 thousand times, but BR cafe feels like it just belongs here and it always has. When you walk through the former grocery store doors, you're in that hole-in-the wall restaurant where you just fit in... maybe not physically (it's super small inside), but it's a great place. The staff is nice and fun even if they don't speak a lot of English. Brazilian shows are on the TV, and there are lots of interesting snacks you can pick up if you want to try something new.As for the food... I really don't know what kind of magic they have in that tiny kitchen, but I've never had a breakfast sandwich or orange juice taste that fresh and delicious. It's eggs, yall.... why was it so good??!? On a previous trip I ordered the the hand pies. They were much larger than Mexican, etc. empanadas, and the crust was really light and flaky. Everything else I tried out of my friend's to go box was tasty, as well. I am very much looking forward and trying more things on future visits. This neighborhood has slowly and organically grown into a nice little spot with all kinds of restaurants and food shops from various nations. BR Cafe immediately became one of my favorites. I think about that juice every day. Highly recommended.“
“Hidden gem !!! Was looking for somewhere new and saw the high ratings. It is worth EVERY SINGLE high rating. 5 out of 5. Fresh Bolognese sauce which you cannot find around here. Wife had stuffed shells. Couple pizzas to take home to the kids. Got to know Romeo and Katrina - so nice. This place deserves to be known. PS - Try the meatballs.“
“This place is really good, I visited estampa gaucha the other day and had a great experience, the steaks and food in general were amazing. I was talking to Esteban, the person who serves the meats, and he asked me to leave a comment. So here I am , recommending to everyone to visit this place !“
“I recommend this experience if you’ve never been to a Brazilian restaurant, it is upscale, beautiful, very professional they make you feel like you’re the most important person in the dining room. The food was absolutely amazing. It was the best experience I’ve ever had the concierge, the hostess just everything was absolutely wonderful From their attire to the cuisine to the atmosphere, the feng shui of the restaurant absolutely perfect. We were there to celebrate my daughters 27th birthday and I would definitely be going back.“
“We had reservations for our 21st Anniversary tonight. Our server was above and beyond great, along with the food. We let them know ahead of time of our occasion and we were seated at a table for two alone (until they got packed ☺️) and an amazing dessert decorated to commemorate our day. The extra touches made our night. We will definitely be back.“
“This place is a nice little simple cozy bakery.Great food, good and friendly service. Some tables to eat inside. Variety of things to choose from. The cheese balls and the empanadas were amazing. Passion fruit juice for the win.Next time I'm gonna try all the sweets!“
“As a native Puerto Rican, anytime I get a chance to eat food from home, I take it. That being said, I think El Cilantro has good food at an OK value. The dining room could use a refresh, as the wobbly tables and worn chairs give a not so great first impression. The food however was good, and I would say tasted just like home. The waitress that helped us was friendly.I noticed that their online menu did not match up with the menu we were ordering from, which caused some confusion as their POS was matched to the online menu.Since they did not have a soda fountain, drinks were served in the cans and if you wanted a refill, you were purchasing another drink at full price. Will I come back, sure! Only because this type of food is not as common in the area.“
“Authentic Brazilian food! Everything I tried was delicious and I found the flavors I had been craving for years! The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is incredible. For those not familiar with Brazilian food, you must try the coxinha with catupiry and the empada -beyond amazing!“
