First off, realize NC weather can change on a dime! Our Charlotte South Blvd visit was a disaster. It rained torrential, thundering We , however,did make reservations for 5,weeks ahead of time.,but we're treated shabby, made to stand,wait,while others were taken ahead of us. Service was terrible, we were given tepid tap water (no drinks of any other kind,other than alcohol) . We,sat & waited forever for our food! btw shredded cabbage in big chunks is not what I'd call coleslaw? Highly doubt a return ! This visit was for a family birthday reservations were made for that, we were told to sit at this wobbly table for 4 when we had a 5th person. Whole experience was awful. Unorganized and treated terrible.

Brixx is definitely a good way to go if you are craving a bit of everything. This one is located in Dilworth, and it is on the smaller side from their parking to seating inside. It can get crowded. We went on a Friday right at 5pm, and it was still empty, and thankfully so as there were 8 of us. Everything was great in the beginning. Our drinks, appetizers, and food were delivered in a timely manner. Towards the middle of us being there, the dinner crowd did come rushing in which caused our waitress to, I believe, get fairly overwhelmed. We basically had to hunt her down for everything, straws, refills, cream, and sugar for coffee and even utensils. At one point, we just didn't feel like having to call her over or even wait any longer that we just decided to op out of ordering anything else and just leave. The food, though, was amazing as always. We ordered their Bruschetta, Buffalo, and oven roasted wings, spinach and artichoke dip with pita bread, Ceasars salads, penne pasta and it was all DELICIOUS! it's not a bad spot for food, but maybe this location just wasn't the best.

Came in here a few days ago to celebrate my nephews birthday and my expectations were exceeded. We walked in with 9 people but it didn’t seem to be an issue. We were seated with Ida and she was excellent the whole time. Super friendly and attentive. The boys shared a couple of pepperoni pizzas which were really good but I tried the meatballs. Very tasty. All in all great place for pizza and couple of beers. Thanks Brixx!

This was probably the worst salad I’ve ever eaten. Barely any black bean salsa (I asked for no other toppings). Asked for shrimp instead of blackened chicken. I assumed the shrimp would be blackened too but it wasn’t. Romaine was warm, not crisp/cold at all like I’m used to with salads. Honestly could not even eat it. Really disappointed. This was my first experience unfortunately so I’m hesitant to go back. Wanted to try one of the gluten free options originally, but they’re not available for take out apparently. Feel like I totally wasted my money

First visit here ! Wonderful experience! Eating the pizza and wings right now as I type this review. The customer service was amazing Ny Sareena. She was so helpful and attentive ; Very charming ! I like how this place does there wings, they are fire-roasted, which is a great health option versus the typical fried wings. I would recommend this place !
This location is my favorite. The staff here truly is exceptional - they are always so friendly and welcoming. We've came for many years and the service level has remained the same even with different staff members throughout that time. The pizza is great to. It is quick which is always great if you want good pizza but don't have a ton of time. I love the outdoor patio too. The atmosphere is welcoming too.
