Brett prepared pulled pork for an end-of-season baseball team party we were hosting. Both kids and adults loved it which is tough to achieve! The homemade eastern NC vinegar sauce is well balanced and has nice kick on the back end. Great experience and great communication - thanks Brett!
John and I highly recommend Butler's Carolina BBQ. Brett smoked a steak for us a few years ago and it was Outstanding! Way better than any restaurant. The flavor was amazing and the meat was tender and juicy. Just fantastic!!

Awesome and smoky chopped pork bbq with eastern vinegar sauce. The bbq beans were also fantastic and I loved that they have bacon! We will definitely be ordering our meats in bulk from here and look forward to trying everything on the menu! Great customer service too! Keep up the good work!
