Cabo is a hidden gem tucked in the back of Carmel Commons Shopping center. The owner is on site daily and it shows. Great service great food great prices. Check out $2 tacos on Taco Tuesday. Also, try their in-house hot sauce.Parking: 60 spots and six handicap

We had a great time at Cabo’s restaurant, thanks to our attentive server Omar who handled our large group of 10 with ease. The food was tasty and served at the right temperature. The manager was kind enough to adjust the air conditioning for us, as we felt too warm when we arrived. The value for money was good and the ambiance was pleasant. We appreciate your service!

First time as we aren't close by. The service was great. The drinks were good. I had a coconut margarita. Delicious. My other diners had mixed drinks also that were good. Food was fresh. Restaurant was clean. I'm sure we will return. You won't be disappointed.

Restaurants should be required to list everything that is in the dish for when people. Chimichangas $11.99 A flour tortilla with your choice of delicious items below, deep fried and covered with cheese sauce. Served with rice, beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole and crema fresca. Your choice of Chicken, Sirloin or Ground Beef $11.99| Shrimp $12.99 Nowhere on this description does it say there are peppers inside the Chimichanga. I am, highly allergic to peppers so needless to say my dinner that I ordered I couldn't eat because nowhere does it state peppers in the Chimichanga. I have eaten Chimichangas all over and never had peppers inside of one. Looks like they are trying to get one over on the customer by adding cheaper ingredients to fill in so they can give less meat.

I love Cuban Sandwiches so I when I saw that Cabo's offered Cubans on the menu I had to try it. It was the worst Cuban I have had. It was not pressed on a grill. It was served luke warm and the ingredients had no flavor. Also no mustard!! I had to ask the waitress for some. She wasn't sure if they even had mustard but she finally brought some to our table. I will not be back.

Our server was great. The food was okay. I got the enchiladas and asked for a side of beans. The beans took probably 10 mins to get to the table and they were very runny almost soup-like. My friend ordered the chicken soup and she loved it.

We got chimichangas and enchiladas. The chips and salsa brought to the table before we placed our order was good, though warm chips would've been better. After getting past being given guacamole, when I told the server NO guacamole because I'm allergic to avocado, the food was good. Server was attentive without being overbearing. I'd go back.
