Sub par quantity of drinks. For some reason today the barristas decided to give 3 oz of coffee instead of 6 oz. Not sure what the issue is but when a customer orders a coffee drink they are usually aware of what it is made of and the typical way it should be prepared. The baristas seemed to have a negative tone this morning. I specifically inquired about the size of drink available in a cortado and cappucino. Very simple order for most places. I have enjoyed coffee all over the world and have never been given a 3oz cappucino or cortado (which to be honest belies a complete lack of understanding of how to construct these beverages). Ownership needs to retrain their employees. Sometimes our perspectives on service need readjustment.Sincerely perplexed and disappointed,BrainDoc

Great service and excellent pour over Ethiopian coffee! I'm rarely in the area during their open hours but finally had the chance to do so recently and will now effort to do so more in the future.

Their indoor seating is closed at 6pm although they are open til 8 pm. Customers have to drink beverages outside even in cold winter. The staff rush customers out way before 6 pm. It’s evident that they are lazy and it’s a strategy to do less work. This is not good business practice at all.The coffee is decent and the decor is cool is look at. Customer service is obviously lacking.

The coffee shop itself is cute with nice deco. Their coffee is okay and cus timer service is ok, very basic. This coffee shop closes at 8 pm yesterday close indoor seating at 6 pm, even in the winter. It's obvious that staff are lazy and don't want to work. They let customers know that they close indoor seating at 5 oclock and then rush you out way before 6 pm. They stop servicing customers in regular cups around 3:30 and serve you from a plastic cup, " because they close indoor seating at 6 pm". Poor business practice.

I had hopes for this place but the customer service was bad. The people that work there give bad information and it's cold and uncomfortable which is everything a coffee shop should not be

We left. They don’t serve hot coffee in mugs on the weekends. They serve coffee in paper cups, haha. At least you don’t get your hands burnt or slip like glass would. Totally absurd!!

Why do you close your indoor seating??? This place would be 5 stars if you could actually sit in the shop after 6pm. Coffee is delicious but I can’t recommend it or go again myself when you have to freeze outdoors while you drink it.

Absolutely amazing coffee shop! I love the vibes here, can spend the whole day studying & reading here while sipping on their amazing coffee! Everyone here is so friendly and the coffee selections are all so good! I had the toasted smore latte and it was tasty! The branding here is great and will come here again!
