Asked for them to refund price of pizzas. Manager was rude and refused to do so. Very poor customer service. Ticket #115 on March 30, 2024 at 6:12PM. Is it really worth losing a customer over $40.67?Provided the Owner the information requested in his response to my review - ticket number, date and time of order and price paid. With Owner indicating "they try to fix any issues" the manager clearly refused to provide a refund for incorrect pizza orders. No further response from the Owner, so is the Owner really interested in making things right, or just trying to show on Google reviews that he responded???

I ordered the gluten free pasta, but after eating almost all of it, I found 3 pieces of regular gluten pasta mixed in. If you are celiac, DO NOT GO! The employee I talked to about my findings proceeded to tell me the way they make the pasta, its "low gluten"... Also told me it must have been mixed in the strainer they used for the pasta. So, cross contamination is 100%. I tried to make him understand there are people who react to gluten and can die from this, but he couldn't understand I suppose. He offered me dessert to make it better. Which I told him, its has gluten! I cant eat their desserts.. UGH! I finally got the sherbet, but it was gross. Overall, not a good experience.

Capishe is one of the best places to get italian food in Charlotte! It's not a high end place, but they're not trying to be. The best dish here is the San Lorenzo rigatoni. It's so, so good. Every time I order it I can't believe it's only $12! But to be honest all of their food is really good! The pizza is too, but I really do prefer their pasta. If you're looking for a quick and delicious Italian meal you really need to go here. You won't regret it! And you'll have found a great new spot to regularly go to!
This was a real treat. My pasta was delicious- not overcooked and mushy. The presentation was great. I also had a salad which was fresh and tasty. I’d go back for sure.

Real is NOT what this place is. The “prosciutto” was nearly American deli ham, the pizza greatly lacked red sauce, and the arugula was not fresh. No ingredients tasted of high quality, although the place does have the lowest prices I’ve seen for Italian near uptown.Service was incredibly fast, but the whole restaurant felt unkempt and like a tourist trap.If you’re looking for a fast and cheap meal, this is the place, and parking tickets do get validated. However, we were sadly disappointed and surprised at how inauthentic this place was.Parking: Validated 2-hr Parking
