I ordered the 2 piece catfish meal with a lemonade through Door Dash and they did not provide the lemonade and they literally gave 1 package of ketchup for the French fries. It's annoying when the employees handle Door dash orders any kind of way. Just because it's a Door dash order doesn't mean the customer can't pull up annoyed and frustrated at the service because as we all know we are paying higher prices for the convenience being able to not have to come to the Establishment.Do Better

The people were a little weird because they had some geese outside of the store and they wouldn't even open the windows all the way so it was just a strange place to buy food because you had to blow the horn at all the geese outside of the building to get by.Parking: It would have been a great place to park and eat but all of the geese were taken over the parking lot so they were everywhere.

This was my first time going to this location today.. and it’s so raggedy I couldn’t tell if they were even open. The fish wasn’t cooked all the way, I had to put it in the air fryer…. I would never come back here, even if it was the last captain D’s on the earth. HELL

I ordered from here the food was awful. Fish was not cooked, we had to put everything in the air fryer. When we called the store I was asked to bring the food back and my receipt. Once I am home I should not be asked to come back out for someone else mistake. It was sad enough when we went to the window we had to call inside to get someone to answer us at the drive thru. I gave a 3 star for service because the guy at the window was so nice. Food horrible.

The inside was closed for business. The staff working the drive through window repeated my order and got it wrong every time it was repeated .After pulling forward to the window it was repeated incorrectly again.The manager came over repeated my order correctly gave me the correct order and I was on my way.
SHAREKA! At the eastway store#205972 her attitude with bad bad bad she does not need to work in the drive-through. Her appearance was terrible. She rushed me, she didn’t let me talk. She had a bad attitude, and her appearance shows why and I asked for the manager, and she said she was the manager which she was probably lying because how dare captain D’s get somebody that looks and acts like they’re to represent them thank God the inside was locked because I don’t think I would be able to look at her. She looked nasty and very dirty and very unprofessional and captain D’s. How dare you guys have somebody up there that looks and acts like that terrible terrible terrible terrible service. I would never ever go there again, and any of my friends, family coworkers. I am definitely going to spread the word that that place is terrible all because of that one person SHAREKA!!!!’ girlfriend, do better!!!!!!!

The Fish Wasn't Cooked All Way Through,The First Time, 2nd Time I Just Ordered Chicken Strips And Corn On Da Cob,The Strips Were Mini Strips, Wasn't Worth My Money The Corn Was So Hot It Burn My Mouth.The Young Lady At Window Was Friendly, But Her. Shirt Was Cut Too Low Clevage Showing Too Much, To Be Serving The General Public. This Is Not A Stripe Club.
