They were very responsive and accommodating of a large, short-notice catering request. Customer service was great. Prices were extremely reasonable. Can't recommend them enough. Also, the lasagna was ridiculously delicious.

We just moved to the neighborhood and Carmella's is quickly becoming our go-to spot. The weekend deal (Sat & Sun) is a one topping pizza with 5 beers for $25! The pizza is great and the topping selection has been wonderful to try! Most recently I had the turkey Reuben and my only complaint is that it could have used just a tiny bit more sauce but it was so good!!Parking: Haven't run into parking issues. Just be aware there are a few holes in the parking lot.

Never going there again worst service possible, food was great that's the only thing I'll say that was good, didn't get any refills on drinks, and then went to go pay the bartender couldn't even bother to split the check, eventually he did split because I said said he had to because that's your job, he was not busy he was just to arrogant to give a flying crap:( the front lady was very nice but never again.!

No tap to pay had to cancel order. EVERY other establishment on the block has tap to pay system. Waste of time and gas! Will not be returning anytime soon.

Went in here with a dateSat down and received zero service. The bartender YELLED across the restaurant, Do you want food? Ummmm since when do waiters not come to the table? Then I figured it out.He is black and all the other diners were white. They had service with drinks and food, while we got yelled at and no service. Obviously, left and spreading the word-This place has shown racism.

worst pizza I have ever eaten. brown leather crust that was oily ??? WTH? lacked tomato sauce completely , maybe a new style ?? no seriously no it was awful. service was sub par, the two working the floor where busy working tips from bar sitters. not their tables. others in my party had issues , from cheese bread that came out after he was half way thru an entree. to another who ordered baked spaghetti and it barely had sauce. no bread was served with the pasta dishes, after one person asked, the waitress informed him it was very stale and nasty, so she just assumed they wouldn't want it. ugh. yeah. definitely stay away

We got there at 8:30 thinking they still had half price wings on Wednesdays. Was rudely told they stopped that years ago. Server/bartender left and did not come back I went to the counter after twenty min and asked if he was waiting for us to come up there and order and he said he would be right over after ten min watching him piddle behind the counter vape and joke with tables drinking that had already been served we left, most restaurants were closed by then so we didn’t have many options. Wish I could have that thirty min of my life back. He didn’t even say anything as we left. Will not be returning

It started off okay. The bartender/server was at our table right away. But that was the highlight. He brought my girlfriend’s drink but didn’t bring my soda. He finally came over after about 15 minutes to take our order when we flagged him down to tell him. The girl at the counter let him know our food was ready, I saw her walk behind the bar and tell him. After about five minutes, my girlfriend went to the counter to just grab our food since the bartender wasn’t paying attention to the dining area whatsoever. I got the chicken Alfredo which was terrible. The rolls were terrible as well, to which the girl at the counter said “they are bad here” when she came over to talk to us. The bartender was for sure on some type of drugs.Not going back to this location. More confrontational than helpful.

Have frequented Carmella’s all over town, but mostly Arrowwood. The Montford location has always been hit or miss but tonight was a joke. Bartender was clearly not in the right mindset for work, no help, forgot each of our drinks, then when the girl in charge of food let him know our food was sitting on a counter waiting for him- he left it. Because I overheard the conversation, I picked it up myself. When I realized my part of my dish was cold, I called him over to address it and he decided to chastise the girl instead. She promptly came to me to explain that she has worked at all locations and the bread is always bad. I know that’s not the case and that also I can tell the bartender isn’t keeping up (while she sat on her phone) and instead of bringing a new roll, she came up to me to tell me why the bread will never be acceptable. In the mean time a customer at the table next to us decided to yell at us and ask if we wanted to go outside to fight. Terrible ethics, terrible service, terrible staff.

Absolutely the worst service I've encountered. The bartender was obviously not in the correct state of mind to be working. We ordered drinks and he forgot them. The food we ordered was bland and my girlfriends wasn't correct. The Alfredo was more soupy than thick. The rolls were hard as rocks. We had to let the server/bartender know our food was ready on the counter but eventually just grabbed it ourselves. The atmosphere was also not what I experienced in other Carmella's locations. The place was empty even though there was a local football game on the tv where every other place on the street was packed. A gentleman at the table next to us also chastised my girlfriend while we were talking about our frustrations with the staff and wanted know know "if I wanted to go outside".
