The staff was super friendly. The restaurant was clean & the food was really good. The only thing lacking here was presentation. It was a little boring but overall would definitely go back.

I was enjoying my pasta seating at the bar and along walked a roach across the bar!! I stopped eating. I left pretty much an entire entree.... My first two bites were good but I lost my appetite. I won't be returning. I told the bartender and she tried to find it.

So this place is a Charlotte Gem. I don't know how long it's been around but I've been here for 17 years and it's been here. Lol. As a mail carrier I would come here for lunch with my coworkers and then when I changed locations I forgot all about them. How d*** of me! But guess what?? I remembered them out of the blue one night and decided to head back. I'm glad I did. So let me say this, there is not many places in Charlotte that have reasonable priced cocktails. Everything in the city is like $15 or better for a drink but not here!!! $9-$10 tops and they are so good and pretty and strong. I love the family appeal of the staff. Feels like you've known them you're entire life when you walk in. Everyone speaks to you with a smile and engages. Love that. For my app I had fresh calamari. Yum!!!! For my entree I ordered Salmon, Sweet Baked Potato and Fresh Steamed Broccoli. Amazing. It's always a pleasure when I go to a Steak house and I can order something other than steak since I don't eat beef and Salmon is usually my go to at these establishments. And silly me for not taking a pic of my food but take my word for it ok?!!! My date had the steak and chicken tips which looked delicious and I was told that it was. When you go make sure to order the Peach Rose Cocktail. Thank me later

My Mom and I had a great flounder/calabash shrimp special for Friday lunch. The fish came out crispy and piping hot. The slaw was really good. The steak fries perfect. The waitress didn't miss a single thing!

The staff was outstanding. I got the ribeye and loved it. Also the onion rings were delicious. Sorta like a old western saloon in the back by the bar. Old post office boxes from what looked like the 1930s.

I ordered the lamb chops which came with roasted potatoes, onions, and bell peppers (I ate one before I took the pic lol) my sides were seasoned veggies and a house salad. While eating I overheard numerous customers expressing how great their food was which was another plus. I felt like I was having dinner with my family everyone was so nice and welcoming. I will visit this restaurant again when I am back in the Charlotte area!

Perfect place for steak the prices are OK but the portions are great so if ur hungry this is definitely the place to go

I only gave one star because I had to give something. I literally paid 45 dollars for my meal and the fettuccine noodles were not cooked the salmon was extremely mushy and I had a hair in my salad. Never again will I order from here. What made matters worse was when I call someone name JEFF was extremely rude and hung up on me. NEVER EVER AGAIN (oh and my coworker that ordered with me food was drenched in grease it was not edible at all)
