I have been to many cavas throughout the United States and Charlotte region, and I will have to say, this Cava beats them all! the food is fresher than any other restaurant- and great customer service. Gabe provided excellent customer service during our visit, always friendly and exceeds expectations!

Had a great experience at this Cava. Just left this cava and i love the food so much, and i am always pleased with their service. The food is always delicious, fresh, and better than the food at other cavas. Gabe, the manager, is extremely helpful, and an overall extraordinary manager. He makes sure that we are happy with our food and provides the best customer service.

My family and I come to this cava almost every weekend because of how good the food, quality, and customer service is! Special shoutout to Gabe for being one of the most personable, friendly, and outgoing managers I have met! He is so nice to talk to, always smiling, ensures the best food is served, and never fails to brighten my day! I always walk out of this Cava with a smile on my face. This dude deserves a raise!!!!!

Just left this location… Seems like every time i come here at least one female making the food at the front, has a bad attitude. As if she’s having a bad day!! The females need to have better customer service skills and also understand it’s an optional to work at Cava if you’re not happy!! Definitely won’t be coming back!!! Do better, retrain the staff! Your paycheck depends on customers!

I ordered two bowls (Greens and Grain & Harrisa Avocado) Drive through (online order). As soon as I got home and opened the lid, I was surprised at how much less food there was. I liked Cava's food, so I used to eat it once or twice a month, but the bowl wasn't even full and seemed somewhat empty. Seriously...??Does Cava headquarters not manage their franchises properly at all??

I’ve only been to Cava twice, but each time was a fantastic experience. I can’t say enough great things about the customer service.The first time I had a sleeping baby in the back and when I went to the drive thru to order, the manager, Kayla saw that and how I was a bit confused how to order and blessed me with a free meal! I was so surprised! It completely made my day and instilled a wonderful first impression of the restaurant.The second time I ordered online and went to go see if it was ready she said if I can wait and I asked if it would be ready by a certain time as I had to go unfortunately and she said “I got you!”And went above and beyond to personally make sure my order was ready.Will be coming back. Love the food!
