This Chex location is always on point. The food is consistently good, the prices are fair, and the customer service is always perfect. Lots of wing flavors and they’ll let you sample. My favorite place for wings in Steele Creek.

Chex has been our go-to place when we are craving some wings. They are reasonably priced and have so many great flavors to choose from! One of their downfalls is that even when you place your order a head of time, you still end up waiting for your order to come out when you arrive to pick it up. It’s something that we have brushed off and don’t worry about since the wings are great. Unfortunately, we recently had a bad experience on Super Bowl Sunday. My fiancé called in the morning to inquire about the best time to order a large order of wings. Knowing that it would be a busy day for them, he wanted to make sure timing would work for the staff at Chex. We arrive to pick up our order, which they said would be ready on time, no problem, and one of the girls at the register said IT WASNT READY and they would start making it right then and there… we are obviously upset because we called in advance to try and prevent this exact situation. We are waiting there for about 20 minutes, the game has started at this point and we are now late to our event where people are waiting on the wings. One of the guys at the register asks what we’re waiting for, we tell him and he says “it’s right here” - it was ready at the counter from the beginning…! They did have it ready for us like they said they would but the one girl completely missed our large order and told us it wasn’t ready. We are obviously really upset for this mishap and then the girl has the nerve to give us, the customers, an attitude, when she is the one who flopped. Because of this particular girls poor and unprofessional behavior, we haven’t returned to Chex and don’t plan to. Everyone else at this establishment has been nice but all it takes is one persons disrespect to make a customer want to discontinue their loyal patronage.

I always go here with my wife and the people that work here are all so kind, specially the ones in the front. I’ve been to different restaurants and the food and service here is amazing! They keep this place always so clean. The guy has helped me decide what to get since my wife is very picky. And I appreciate what he does. And one of the workers up front even talks Spanish and I sometimes see her helping with people who struggles with their orders. But what I didn’t like is, how some customers are towards the workers and spreading lies on the reviews. When me and my wife have ate there a lot of times and not once have they been racist or involved religion like a review had said. But though people will continue spreading lies, I know me and my wife will continue coming here frequently!
