I placed an order for carry out this evening and processed my payment onli. Whenen I arrived at the location it is permanently clos, d and there is a letter of eviction on the door. ..so the online system diverted my food order to another location without notifying me??? when I called the location and spoke with the manager Britta, y she was very quick to tell me that that was not part of her franchise therefore not her problem or concern!! all I asked for was the money refunded to my card she got very rude and short with me and then hung up the phone mid-conversation. this chain has a great quality of food but is slowly showing very, very poor customer service management if you are reading this, you need to do better

Never been here before and it was the best. Tried 4 different kinds and loved them all. The potatoes soup was also very good. I will definitely go back. The ladies working there in front were also very kind and informative. Love the little cookies also. Visited 3/4/23?Vegetarian options: Mostly salads

The Buffalo chicken salad is great from here! I got the BLT sandwich on a croissant my side was the broccoli cheddar soup.Parking: Plenty of parking behind the building. Limited parking in the front.

We love their chicken salad and loaded potato soup. They need to put one in the Hickory, NC area. Done in & take out. I'm in need for more of the classic chicken salad and the Dixie chicken salad. Charlotte is just a little bit too far to drive unless we're in the area or passing through on our way back home.

The food is great. Today I ordered by door dash and no problem.I thought I ordered the grape chicken salad ,but I ordered the grape salad alone ?So, I had no chicken al all.My mistake.Ms. C
I had seen locations around Charlotte, but not tried it until a family member said that they really liked the food. I was surprised by the variety and really enjoy Fruity Fran, Fancy Nancy, and Cranberry Kelli. My husband likes Buffalo Barclay and Kickin' Kay Lynne. You can get a sandwich, salad (chicken salad over green), or multi option plate. I also like that I can quickly grab containers to go, like when I'm at Teeter for other groceries.
