i ordered two bowls on the mobile app and BOTH of the bowls had hair in it. It wasn’t just one strand, there were multiple and it’s disgusting that i spent about $30 and not have sanitary food. it’s disgusting.

I was there tonight and it was the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been in. The take out station had trash all over the floor. The food containers at that station had food all over the countertop with no effort to keep it clean. Tables were not cleaned and there was food all over the floor. Every trash container was overflowing. Not sure they were ever emptied. I will not go back to this location

Chipotle continues to bite the dust. Zero care for customers. Why bother having a location open when you cannot order food. Online ordering only? I have to deal with downloading an app, creating an account and adding a payment method?

Service and cleanliness standards are slipping. Recently and employee simply refused to add a specific ingredient to my bowl because their closing/clean up routine had begun. I entered the restaurant 55 minutes before closing time. The employee did not say they were out of item, they explained that it was unavailable at the moment because it had been packed up already.

Got home with dinner for me. My son and one of the dishes was made wrong. Had to go back and get it fixed. And the extremely rude cashier can only say Yup to me. Nothing was done to try to make it right other than remake. The dish and her only response was Yup. Extremely rude poor customer service and cold food at this point

I’m so sick of this place. The employees are all miserable. It’s absolutely filthy. The drinks are always low. Gave me a 1/4 full bag of chips, stale at that, and shorted the guacamole cus the pan was empty. Chipotle is too dam* expensive to not get what you pay for.

I come here often today I went there in afternoon I like the bowl stuff and I like the food it’s very good I ordered chicken bowl and I am a Indian who eat spicy food and they have very good spicy sauces for bowl two of the spicy sauces beside tomato are very good I loved it and there are lot of young boys and girls working out there are very polite and very good and usually I prefer take out is very good option.

I picked up a burrito bowl tonight half steak and chicken. The ingredients were horrible, even the white rice. It tasted like plastic. Maybe something dropped in the food, but it was awful!What's worse is I've had the plastic taste in my mouth for a few hours now and my stomach is a bit upset.

I am a bit of a chipotle whale, I order 2-4 times a week to pick up after work. I switched to this location after being disappointed in the Waverly local.Now I have to switch again. three consecutive weak bowls, No acknowledgment when you walk in. If you pick up, you have to grab your bag from behind the counter, they don't even place it on the TO GO rack. I plan to to a in-person order and see if they just want to short change you when they don't have to look you in the eye. That or open the togo bowl in front of them and make them remake it. Obviously time to call them out or move on.I don't know what happened here, It was quality for a good while. Now its a hard pass. Look to another location for your burrito fix.On the plus side, their chips are always heavily salted.
