This Chipotle is TRIFLING! Yesterday I stopped by to get a burrito bowl after the gym and it was definitely one of the worst Chipotle experiences ever. The people working were rude, the assembly area was disgusting, and they didn’t even close my bowl correctly, so it made it hard to transport home. I spoke to management through the app and they did absolutely nothing to make it right. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs!

I ordered online. 10 minutes after the estimated pickup time, I was served a cold bowl with 1/2 of the requested toppings. Save yourself the hassle & go to Qdoba.

I’ve to multiple Chipotle’s in CLT and been disappointed each time. The moment we walked up to the counter, the workers were extremely outgoing and nice. Took time with making our bowls and gave us good portions. We will gladly drive 25 minutes to come here for good quality food and service. Thank you!

Very unclean place and unfriendly staff. They sold me large chips and queso and then said they are out of chips. They sold me drink and when I went to fill it up there was no ice. Then they said they are out of ice. Most of the food was mixed with each other.check the sample pic, beef in

Quick stop for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Food was prepared and made to order with no problem. Service was lacking as my daughter mentioned the workers were not friendly AT ALL!Sometimes, just greeting someone goes a long way.
