This is the best burger I've had in years! The fries has cheese and chili and were handcut and delicious. The owner was friendly and enthusiastic.

The food is average.. staff is always dirty and so is the restaurant..there is a homeless man that washes his clothes in the back sink not very sanitary ?.. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They also need pest control..lord of roaches.

Service here is incredible, there were three people working there when I went and each one of them were so genuine, kind, and helpful. They really want you to have the best experience you can.Hands down this was the best chiliburger I’ve ever had. It wasn’t messy at all which is impressive. The food also didn’t sit heavy which you would expect with this type of food.Will definitely be going back!

My family and I luv Chubz food and the father and son that owns the restaurant are the best duo together.Friendly, kind, greets, interacts, w/ all that comes into the restaurantWe will always go back to Chubz to eat. Especially my son, it's one of his best burger places to eat chili cheeseburgers and chili cheese fries. Fries are hand made by them as well as their chili and cheese sauce they make fresh daily. Absolutely love this place. The burgers are great, made to order and the customer service is exceptional! The owners (Father & Son) are both very down to earth which makes for a great experience. The location is great to the highway so whenever I'm in the area I'll be sure to stop by!

Good luck with not getting sick we left immediately soon as my wife pulled the kids seat back to sit down roaches fell right into the seat an just hanging out crawling all over floor an chairs. Y'all can have that food I'll.go else where more clean an sanitary.

I finally found the place in Charlotte that does a burger like In-N-Out (if you’re from the west coast you know what I’m talking about).Owner is from LA, the deluxe burger is modeled after in-n-out! Crisp lettuce, smash burger, the right sauce, everything was perfect. My new favorite burger in NC.Owners are great too, it’s mom and pop and they take pride in their craft.
