TLDR: weigh your food or you’ll be ripped off.I can put up with the manager staring at me, can’t even say a greeting, and staring at me to check how much bbq sauce I took. Decided to take my order home and weighed the meat because it looked small. UNDERWEIGHT by almost 20%. It’ll be a longer drive to get bbq somewhere else, but I’ll be happier to avoid this chain going forward. Why would you sell meat by the pound when you’re not selling BY THE POUND?

I ordered a tray that came with a mix of all the meats they have and two sides. I picked the corn pudding and the Mac and cheese. The sausage and the corn pudding were excellent. They were also the only thing on my tray that was hot. Everything else was barely above room temperature. The brisket was dry and the Mac and cheese was bland and even cold in spots. I wasn't impressed by any of the other meats and the Texas toast I got was burnt on one side. The employee that took my order was friendly.If I go back to this location it will be for the sausage and corn pudding because they were great. Hopefully they'll be hot!

This place is the best BBQ joint I’ve been to in the Charlotte area. The food and service are next level. And they keep a beer trough full of ice cold beer. I’ve lived in Texas for the last 5 years, and can honestly say this place beats out any Texas BBQ joint I went to during that time.

Decent staff. Decent sides. Sweet tea and lemonade not so good. The Corn Pudding is always good! Please stop giving people dried out Brisket! You shouldn't punish your customers with dry brisket. This is the second time I've had to go back up to the counter and ask for new brisket. The place wasn't really clean today. The sauces were empty and there were no forks at the counter near the sauces. It wasn't crowded so I'm not sure what the problem was with the cleanliness. I'm sure you guys can get better because I've seen better at your location. Oh, and the banana pudding is always delicious.

I know it was late about 8:30 pm on a Friday..But there was next to Zero Customer service.. Disappointment..They were out of the 1 Meat Item I want anytime I go for BBQ.. understandable..I was NOT impressed with the pulled pork.. The baked beans, slaw, and Ribs were just average.I will likely give them another shot since they are close by, but for now, I am disappointed in an establishment that is on most "best of lists."

Normally, it's good. The last time I was there, I asked for a better piece of grilled chicken, and they ignored me. When I attempted to eat the piece they gave me, it was dry. The very reason I could see it was going to be dry and was ignored. Please listen next time.
