I reached out to the establishment only for them to pretend to help with this matter. Pls stay away from this place especially if you're out of town.

Flew in from Houston… needed a night cap. Slid through… FREE HOOKAH was lit.Their hookah girl, Kristal took care of us!! The cute bartenders had the drinks on POINT!I’ll def be back on my next trip!!!! ? will run back before I head out.

Customer service is terrible. I visited for the first time on a Thursday after being invited by a friend, despite hearing about the terrible customer service. Upon arrival, I was told about the promoted free hookah 'Special.' The hookah attendant's first question was, 'Are you buying a hookah?' I responded, 'Isn't it free hookah?' She affirmed, but then mentioned they were out and would bring one once available. When I joined my friends, they had a hookah at the table, suggesting I could exchange it. However, when I requested the change, the attendant insisted I pay for a repack. It felt as if our previous conversation hadn't happened. While I had no issue with paying, the concern lies with customer satisfaction. Please be aware of false advertising. I won't be returning and spending my money there, especially on a Thursday.

Visited here from out of town, came on a Sunday for brunch. The FOOOD is amazing, the service was lovely my waitress Nish was so sweet and very knowledgeable. Definitely make reservation, we caught it just in time. Nice lil vibe, I can't stop talking about the food. The bathroom is amazing as well, great with construction. Will be returning for sure.

We traveled out of town to eat at this place and we wasn’t able to sit down. The line was long and there was no one at the booth to seat us. There was tables available but the table could only seat two people and they had other seating. I asked could she pull up an extra chair at the smaller table and her response was we don’t have extra chairs. You can sit at the bar which she seen there wasn’t any available seats left. I didn’t care for the energy she was given. This place take walk ins but I don’t see how when you don’t HAVE EXTRA SEATING.

I came to visit from New York and some of my friends decided to go to visit this place. I was very disappointed. Not only being a black establishment. They couldn’t hardly find us a menu. Then they didn’t even have most of the food that was on the menu available for purchase. I didn’t care for the attitude of the waitress that served us and when I went to the bar to get a drink I couldn’t even get a soda to chase my shot down. On top of the very expensive shot I had to pay for a very expensive Red Bull because I don’t just drink any juice. Not a great experience here at all.
It's a very relaxed atmosphere....Best way to describe it is a Sports bar meets a Hookah Lounge with An Outstanding Soundtrack. Plenty Security, Well stocked Bar, and seating is available as well. I didn't try the food but a good bit of other Patrons did. So if You're looking for a Good time and a Chill vibe check this place Out.

THIS BAR CAN’T BRING IN THEIR OWN MONEY IN THEIR OWN MARKET SO THEY CUT CORNERS TO MAKE SURE BILLS ARE PAID.Seriously, save yourself from the worst night you’ll have and go elsewhere. Trio Charlotte is right across the street and is SOOOOO MUCH MORE WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! You’ll thank me later <3
