Been to this location several times and it’s always more disappointing each time. I think I will find another location to go to from now on. Who would even be ok with serving something that burnt?! If I were you, I would stay far away!

Racism is very real at this location. I seen the cashier interact friendly with the African American male ahead of me. When I got to the window I was treated very rudely. I was talked to like I was stupid, and the employee grunted when I asked for sauces. The employee also slammed the drive thru window when we were done. She didn't do that to the guy in front of me. The best way to combat Racism is NOT to participate in it yourself! I definitely recommend she lose her job.

They think they are quick and clever. They are self serving, thoughtless, and stupid. Multiple people I know have been robbed by individuals working in this location. From the attitude to ok food. The milkshake that is usually great was not properly mixed up and I had a big clump of stuff at the bottom, I had been wanting one for a long time, so very disappointing, not the best cook out to go to.

Went there around midnight and there was surprisingly only a few cars in line, so we got through super quick. But please look at the the chicken wrap they gave me, bout two pieces of cheese and that was it. Not sure why since it wasn't busy.
Be careful when you order around 1130 pm from a cashier named Kimora. She will lie and say they are not making milk shakes. I drove around to the other drive to have some else make it. If you are lazy and don't want to do you job then quit. Wasting my time.

Big double tray has always been my go to. Decided to go to cookout for 1st time since Covid.The prices were still very reasonable, but the quantity/quality has slipped a bit.Less fries than normal, burgers used less meat, our milkshakes seemed to have less toppings used.
Took a chance thinking after all the bad write ups and cooperate responses that this location would have improved. NOPE!!! Rude. No hello. No kind of simple customer service interaction.
