The worst experience, I’ve every had a Cracker Barrel family and I love to come here ! But the lack of service is horrible . My server act like we were bother her ! We came to enjoy our Sunday brunch. Mgr came out didn’t introduce himself . And the lack of customer service was something I definitely wasn’t use too.

The manager that is on duty April 8th 2024 at 11:30 in the morning and the gentleman that answered the phone have restored faith for me and customer service! The manager is running her team very well and compassionately. I will definitely be returning and really hope that someone higher up sees this and praises them both for such an amazing job. It is hard to find good customer service in this new age world and they have given me hope!!Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly and all the servers are amazing with them!Wheelchair accessibility: The entire store front and store!!
