Service is not good. They are not keeping up with tickets or times for order pickups. My niece and her boyfriend order her food for pickup at 4:55 online. It said it would be done at 6:00 then the time was changed to 6:15. At 6:40 I had to go inside to ask about the order. They lady asked what their ticket number was and what was the pickup time (6:15). She then said they were working on it. Within the next 3 minutes she calls their number out. I believe that the order was already done and they were just very unorganized and hadn't called it out. Whatever the reason is they need to get it together. I had planned to come try this place for myself at a later date but I seriously doubt I will.

First time trying Crav'n Caribbean and the first thing I HAD to try was the oxtail cheesesteak!! It was really good (expensive lol, $30) I would just get extra drizzle sauce. The cabbage was good & spicy! BUT THE JERK WINGS ARE ????? Definitely will be getting those again! *UPDATE* We came again and tried the jerk chicken quarters & jerk & macNcheese eggroll!Parking: Have to get lucky with parking and hope someone is leaving when you're coming lol

I am extremely frustrated with the consistently disappointing dining experiences I've been having lately. While my family mostly cooks at home, we occasionally dine out based on recommendations and reviews, but unfortunately, our recent experience was a complete letdown. I'm writing this review in the hope that the management addresses these issues and that future customers are aware.We ordered oxtail with rice and a side of Mac and cheese, jerk chicken with collard greens and yams, and oxtail lo-mein. The oxtail lacked flavor and was excessively fatty, making it one of the worst oxtail dishes I've ever tasted. The rice was undercooked and hard, indicating rushed preparation. The only items we found edible were the Mac and cheese and yams; everything else wasn't edible.The jerk chicken was poorly prepared and under-seasoned, with a noticeable reliance on commercial jerk seasoning. Additionally, the flavor of lighter fluid from the grill was evident, suggesting amateur cooking. The collard greens were tough and lacked flavor, while the yams were good, along with the Mac/ chs, being the only items we finished.The oxtail lo-mein was misleadingly named as it contained very little oxtail meat, more like two medium-sized pieces spread across the entire plate. To worsen matters, they served A1 steak sauce as jerk BBQ sauce, a confusing and disappointing choice.Overall, our experience at this restaurant was a disaster, and I strongly advise against wasting time and money here.

First thing First. I don’t normally leave reviews but this place deserves one. OMG! The first bite I took out of the Oxtail cheesesteak was a crazy feeling I never really felt when it came to food it was DELICIOUS! Definitely will be back !

This place is crazy. Set up in a ghost kitchen spot and that's a perfect name for it because when I placed my order it's like a ghost got it. It took over an hour and a half for them to process an order placed at the kiosk. Nothing crazy. Regular food that they have on their menu. The food was good but the service.....we gotta do better. Probably won't be coming back here again but if you decide to try it make sure you order ahead....at least they got the order right ??♂️
