Never been to a Dairy Queen where they’ve run out of ice cream before, guess they were milked out ???

Everytime I have ordered from here on Uber eats my order always gets messed up I paid an extra $2 for fudge topping on my blizzard and never receive it ever the last three times I've order and they won't give me partial refunds back on this and that adds up to over $6 I'm getting very irritated bc I order a lot in Uber eats bc I have no transportation and expect my orders to be correct when I order them especially when I pay extra I would like this to be fixed somehow

Ordered food for myself on DoorDash with the pickup option. I arrive and give my name for my order and I’m told someone else picked up my order. How does that happen? Do they not check the order when someone says they ordered on DoorDash? They acted like it wasn’t their problem and they didn’t know what to do about it. Their solution was giving me some cold food that’s been sitting out and 2 incorrect blizzard flavors. Terrible, never coming here again. If you want your food that you paid for to be given to random people, this is the place for you.

Staff member hates her job. I ordered a single cheeseburger combo meal . She literally got the drink right and that's all.She handed me my card my drink and my bag without saying a word didn't smile or anything and when I opened the bag there were no fries and I sat in the driveway honking my horn until she decided to come back to the window and then she just handed me another bag with fries in it. Then I get home and realize that she had the wrong Burger in the bag. All I ordered was a single cheeseburger and I wound up with a double western barbecue bacon burger.Probably because she didn't want to go to the trouble of making my order. The fries were cold and the burger had probably been sitting there all day. All these bad reviews and always the same response. Why? The service is still bad.

Union Road served the worst blizzard. Bottom half was vanilla only. Top half was part of my order of a Choco Brownie Extreme with a couple of brownie chuncks on the top only. Very disappointing.

My wife and I just got back from the DQ on Sugar Creek road and it was real bad!! They didn't have any ice cream and I was expecting a coupon for my sundae but the girl told me that the manager didn't like for them to give them out. I will not be back!!

I've never been as disappointed as I am right now with Dairy Queen. Generally the staff will at least acknowledge you. Tonight not even. Their sign says openTill 10, I ordered through Door Dash. I even went to their direct website which still shows you can order right now. But the doors locked, and no one will come to the drive through window. Also no sign on the door or anything. I mean I get it they may have closed early, but 1 they could have put that on their website, 2 notified Door dash and others that they work with, 3 put a sign on the door. Just a little respect for your customers.

All those young kids who work there always group chit chat together don;t care about customers and they are rude , and the food prepare crew playing with cups by rubbing the other employee t shirt and served a blizzard in the same cup. i visited 3 times all the time i have experienced the worst by the worst , I did email Dairy queen they don;t care. and the manager did not even respond even after the corporate took a complaint from me.

I had a craving for a hot fudge sundae so I decided to go by Dairy Queen. As soon as I got home I took a bite and it tasted funky. It tasted like spoiled milk. I immediately called the facility to let them know that the ice cream tasted weird. I called a total of 6 times and no one picked up. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

wish there I can give 0 star staff always chit chat and playing around don't pat attention and they don't know the orders never pick up the phone who in the world put all the young kids as staff.As far as you mentioned I did have another chance now I got more worst experience the person who was about to prepare my Blizzard he grab the cup played with another coworker by touching his body (T shirt) and made blizzard, it's so unhygienic since we live in the world of Covid 19 . Completely nin sense and unacceptable
