I was pretty underwhelmed by the customer service aspect of my order yesterday. I was barely greeted when I came in, the person at the register was not attentive at all and didn’t give anyone waiting for their food a time or status update. They were taking their slow time when it came to handing out the orders. I ordered my food 30 minutes before I arrived to the store and still waited an additional 30 minutes. The manager of this location does not seem to like customers. It was surprising - and maybe just a one-off - because I used to work for the Charlotte franchise. (A LONG time ago.) And they used to do a much better job of caring about the customer.As far as the food, the Domino's habit of no longer knocking the corn meal off the dough before use, means every pizza is going to be .... crumbly.
