The manager, Austin is unprofessional! They don't answer the phone there! I placed an order for carryout and on the way there unfortunately I got into a car accident. I've called for about a hour before I was able to get through to someone. The first time someone picked up they hung up before saying hello.

The Manager “Austin” and a few workers he had for the day were terrible. When I called about canceling an order, one of the workers kept telling me that my order was a ghost order, he didn’t see it in the system and told me it might be from another location and I kept telling him none of that was the case. I made another order and right before I did, the driver showed up to my door about this “ghost” order. I called them about it and they didn’t know what to say, but somehow my second order didn’t arrive for 30+ minutes and I seen that they ended up cancelling my next order. I called back up to the store about it and Austin had told me there was nothing he could do because I canceled it, which I did not (ether one of the workers or he did lied and said it was my fault) and he told me the driver told him I also “said” I “didn’t” want my second order meanwhile I was asking if they could accommodate me to a free pizza because this was my 60 points worth of a free pizza. They took my 60 points all together and he said that I would have to pay for another pizza due to his or the workers poor comprehension or poor customer service. They were rude and told lies. I always bought from this location only just up until this incident and they will no longer get any of my money. Never again!

I love dominos pizza and I rarely write reviews, especially bad so I’m vegetarian and I don’t eat meat that’s why I always buy vegetarian pizza and Not many, but a few pieces of meat was on my pizza and several times it was like that. Please be careful.

When you get your pizza, the food is overall pretty good. However, the number of times we have had orders cancelled after waiting over an hour, or just never show up until you call the store an ask to cancel, just makes you never want to order here. Playing russian roulette with dinner is just not worth it when there are other options that deliver in a timely manner every time.

Shelby the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE. I have never been so disrespected in my life. I understand being overwhelmed or being short staff but you don’t speak to someone the way she did, especially if I’m not being rude. You will lose a lot of business if this is who you have representing your business. I’m very upset I had this experience.
Completely awful Shelby the manager there was so rude I never been talking so rudely in my life she mad me feel not human like if I was some animal I’m so ashamed to have experience such embarrassing short temper hurtful rude meanness attitude like Shelby I didn’t know somebody can be so nasty and stone down cold hearted I know running stores and what not can be a lot but one thing we are always train to do is keep our cool and be lvl minded and kind to all but no this place this location god help us all they were just cruel and Shelby is by far the worst person I ever had communicate with on phone I cried when she was done and I highly don’t recommend this domino to anyone know one should ever have to feel the way Shelby made me feel it was so sickening and degrading I can’t believe they let someone as evil malicious and hateful work at this pizza place dominos please don’t eat hear and report write reviews if you have been mistreated and verbally abused thank you all for listening as I am truly ashamed and hurt by Shelby action worst manager ever I know things get hard and aggervatin and tuff but it’s.no excuse to why someone should be stone down inhumane and disgusting with another person for no reason especially when said person was nice and wouldn’t hurt a fly I’m giving this 1star rating sorry not sorry

I created my own Philly cheese steak pizza and it was the best I've ever had.It was made exactly the way I ordered it it looked beautiful and it tasted wonderful. Good job crew.I think management should put a Philly cheese steak Pizza on the menu.

In the past placed an order for curbside pick up and it was never brought outTonight we placed an order for delivery which was delivered over a half hour late. In the mean time the app says delivered so we are calling trying to figure out where our food is. After being on hold for over 15 minutes the tiniest wings in the world were delivered

Had a coupon for a free pizza it expired only a day ago when I told the store about it they mentioned they aren't familiar with the app I need to contact corporate. Way to pass the buck

Worst service. Took and hour for the prep, then called for 25 MIN WITH NO ANSWER….drove all way to location. What’s point of ordering! Never ever will I eat Dominoes. And there were 4 people in the location so it isn’t an employee/hiring problem!
