My order was supposed to be ready within 30 minutes, but here we are an hour later, and I am just leaving the store. I even used curbside delivery, but they missed the deadline.I walked inside once to see what was going on, but the girl at the cash register looked at me and walked to the back without offering to help. I definitely will not be returning.

I just applied to the job and still waiting on office to respond. But after reading all these comments I hope things have improved. I don't want any stress there and I plan on leaving my worse previous employment for this one . I met two cool folks there on my interview day .

Tonight was the absolute worst display of customer service. The entire prep line was in total chaos, no communication between anybody, and no sense of quality. It took more than 90 min to get a simple carry out order, and it also had to be remade because it was wrong. The assistant manager has no idea how to manage people or processes.

Corporate has forbidden making the pizzas with extra sauce or other ingredients. They are now dry and pasty. They would not re-make them. No return contact from corporate. $60 in pizza went into the trash. Never again. They have gone WAY downhill.

The Breakdown

The worst service I've experienced at a domino's. Orders taking more than an hour and a half in person on multiple occasions and over 2 hours via delivery for a small order it's ridiculous. The attitudes of the workers need a serious adjustment I should not be receiving an angry response just for inquiries about my order status.Edit: at this point I'm not surprised at the poor service looking at these recent reviews this Is unacceptable.

I ordered and saw the delivery time would be 20 mins. 2 minutes later after completing the order it says 68 minutes. I have been on the phone since I ordered to try to cancel since they seem to be too busy and the least i can do to help is to grab a sandwich in my fridge and help them. After 20 minutes I hear them in the background. I'm on the phone waiting for someone now as I write this. The call is also recorded. I made known to cancel this ordered and that I will not accepted it when it arrives. Not answering phones is apart of the job and customer service. If your location is unable to fulfill orders or answer calls then it should be posted on website and when customers call in. Order 1170.

do not waste your time here man. i ordered pizza for online delivery yesterday it went fine. i ordered it again today because i had people over and they said my address wasn’t in their area. i try to let it slide and just re-order in store, i get home to check the pizza and one of the pizzas were made incorrectly. unbelievable, they canceled my order after an hour and change of me waiting for it. i even went to show them the order from yesterday to show them i got pizza from there before and they didn’t want to see it. makes no sense. wasted my time

The delivery time said 180 minutes which would mean I’m eating at 10pm. I am currently on the phone and have been for 45 minutes to try and cancel and no one has answered. I gave up after 2 hours. We’ve had issues with them before but nothing like this. Definitely not ordering from here ever again

if i could give zero stars i would. ordered delivery 2 hours ago and after an hour and a half i just drove there to see if i could pick it up myself. they claimed the delivery driver had it so i went home and it still isn’t here. save yourself the trouble. can’t get a refund either because no one will pick up the phone.
