Ordered delivery online, it was delivered via doordash. It was picked up and then they did other deliveries and I got my pizza about 40 mins after it was picked up, I'm 2.7 miles away. The pizza was gross, undercooked and my kids took one bite, spit it out. We also got fries which are red robin since the donatos is in there. They were a soggy mess, half were see through. Spent $42 for 2 10 inch pizzas, small, and large fries plus all the fees and delivery. What a waste. It had been about a year since we last had donatos, never again unfortunately. Shane cuz it was my favorite pizza since the 90s when it first arrived from Ohio.

I frequent Columbus, Ohio and fell in love with Donatos. I was pleasantly surprised that they were here in Charlotte with their partnership with Red Robin. Their pizza is amazing and taste just like the stores in Columbus. Best pizza in the area!
