Yummy made to order deliciousness. They were pretty busy and short staffed like most places these days, but customer service was still on point. They had DoorDash orders coming in as well and lady behind the counter running the register (I assume manager) wanted to make sure the staff got caught up before she took my order so I would have fresh and hot donuts. I definitely appreciated that. I got the maple bacon, and they did not disappoint. So warm and flavorful.

Let me tell everyone, duck donuts has some of the most melt in your mouth, most delicious donuts ever. So many toppings to choose from. What makes Duck Donuts stand out to me is the fact that you can get any topping/s on a donut and the price is literally the same. Some places like to upcharge a fee for adding more than one topping and there is nothing wrong with that. However, in my personal opinion this is what keeps me coming back plus the fast service, the fact that you get to see the donuts being made, and the outstanding customer service. People need to understand, customer service is everything especially if you are the face of the company. With this being said, kudos to all of the phenomenal employees plus management team.These are my top go to donuts- Peanut Butter glaze, Peanut toppings, Caramel drizzle- Peanut Butter glaze, Maple drizzle- Vanilla glaze, Caramel drizzle- Blueberry glaze- My daughter loves their maple bacon (unfortunately, I don't eat pork) It smells and looks good- Other flavors i've tried are the French Toast, Strawberry glaze, regular glaze, and lemon glazeAs you can see above, Peanut Butter glaze is my #1 favorite. I often visit the Kennilworth Ave. location. Awesome job!

About 10 years ago I went to the OBX with my family and we ordered duck donuts. I haven't had it since then but i still remembered how good it was. I decided to finally go again today, I Ordered a donut this morning and it was AMAZING. the donut was fresh and hot and the staff were so friendly. the whole experience and donut really started my day off right!! and it was just as delicious as I remember!

Best donuts ever!!! They make them fresh for you so they're warm when you get them. I'm not a huge cake donut fan but these are by far the best I've ever had. Highly recommend!! So many flavor combinations too!

My wife went to get the do its and when she asked the person at the register what her favorite donut was she replied "I don't eat donuts" in a not so welcoming fashion. But the donuts we're great. Maple Bacon was much better than I expected it to be.

Food was great, lady who was working was sweet. It took almost 30 minutes to get 6 donuts because the lady was working alone. Would have given a better rating if it hadn’t taken entirely too long. Also it didn’t seem as clean as it should. Overall probably won’t visit this location again.
