Food is subpar definitely regret getting food at this location and the customer service is disappointing, not great staff. If you get the choice wouldn’t suggest this location. Won’t be back.

I used to frequent here every day until they changed management. Turn over is high here and they have never been great at making drinks but they were always willing to make it over for me. The new manager is HORRIBLE and always has an attitude. How hard is it to read directions and put the right ingredients ? They don’t know the difference between espresso and coffee or almond milk and milk. Happy I order through the app so I can get a refund

This Duncan seems to have been let go. It was dirty the seats were duct taped. There was no selection of donuts, and the donuts they did have were stale. Come on Duncan get it together.
The cashier walked away for a whole ten minutes even though there was many employees working. Had to leave because she kept Ignoring.

Today, I told him I needed some energy, something cold to beat the NC heat and something sweet. OMG, can I tell you this Iced Macchiato w extra espresso shot, pumpkin swirl, and drizzle HIT the SPOT!!! Thanks, Terry, see you soon!

I come in to doordash for a customer people that are running the register sitting down. The bags they have the customer were not clean had hand prints all over them. Just nasty. I never been to a Dunkin so nasty and unprofessional in my life.

Entered late morning for coffee and hash browns bites on a Friday morning. Immediately the atmosphere was tense. Apparently the guy at the register kept causing errors while inputting causing the line prep to duplicate orders, so all orders were taken on the kiosk at that point. Staff kept telling him to stop taking orders as it was messing them up and he became overly defensive. Shift manager on drinks, trying to keep everything running, some kid with ipods in his ears taking 30 minutes to prep four hash browns, dude with attitude at front saying he won't go home because he's on the schedule. It took literally 30 minutes to get four drinks and four hash browns. Guy at the front should have taken a break instead of taken offense at his co-workers trying to keep up with orders. Some retraining would be in order. Not sure that I should call him out by name, but I imagine management knows who I'm talking about. Probably won't place an order if I come in again and see him up front.
