Asked for a strawberry ice cream via drive thru and somehow a different flavor was mixed in it. I assume they may have used the same scooper for two different flavors which shouldn’t be happening. What if someone has allergies? Smh they need to be more careful.

I have come to this Dunkin’ a few times for the convenience of their drive thru and their early opening time. This is the second day in a row that I got there close to opening time and the coffee was barely warm. Not to mention, today’s coffee was not even close to being full. There was at least an inch of space at the top before the first sip. Paid for a large but with that much space it was more like a medium. Disappointed.

Not the most professionally run location all teen staff with cashier not knowing how to process a gift card purchase. Teen staff openly cursing behind the counter in ear shot of customers. I purchased a gift card and nothing else because their unprofessional attitudes made me concerned for how clean and fresh the food items would be.

Sausage biscuits.. biscuits was burnt and sausage was rubber. Dounts hard.. sales clerk not friendly.Not a very clean place. Not from the area .. here on business. Will not be back to this location

The food and coffee were good but those attitudes in there are crazy!! Everyone in this building had the worst attitude. They are teenagers who think they can talk to someone the way the want. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Get new employees!

This place has the worst customer service. I should rephrase and just say that a certain individual who works there has horrendous people skills and lacks customer service. I was there this morning, waited at least 20 minutes at the drive thru only for them to get my order wrong. I had ordered munchkins and coffee, and although the munchkins were perfectly good, what I received was not what I ordered. Of course, I didn't notice this until I had pulled away from the window. I do know mistakes happen, so no big deal....inconvenient for me, but not life or death and I did need it corrected. I had to then go inside and wait again, but not long. I was not rude at all to the employee but explained to her that I had just gone thru the drive thru but what I received was not what I ordered. I didn't receive a "oh, I'm so sorry about that".....nothing. The woman motioned for the box I had in my hand, so I gave it to her, and she proceeded to throw the whole thing away. What a waste. She handed me another box containing my correct order, said nothing to me again, so I took it, also said nothing and walked away. I was shocked at her attitude and demeanor. People like that should not be working with the public. It was a Caucasian woman, wearing glasses, and a headset. I believe she had darker hair, pulled back. I didn't get her name but she was just rude. No apologies whatsoever for my inconvenience, nothing. How about just letting me keep the incorrect order instead of completely wasting it, or even a partial refund?? Honestly, i would have just settled for an apology of any kind or acknowledgement. Just a tad bit of kindness would have gone a long way and I wouldn't have walked away feeling like this place couldn't possibly care less about my business.

You call this a full cup? If I pay $8 for a coffee I expect a full cup terrible service what a disgrace to the chain don’t even have sprinkles it’s a caramel craze latte I would like a refund what a terrible experience and its my birthday smh never coming here again I suggest you don’t either or you’ll be less

From the manager or training manager to staff. Everyone needs training. Manager and one more manager sitting with their laptops ?? ?? on two of the best and most comfortable tables. Leave their laptops for hours. While customers take the bad wooden seats. Staff gave me the coffee but forgot to gave me the wrap that I ordered and I had to remind her after 20 mins that I ordered a wrap too. Lazy and terrible management.
