Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes or more - I know, stupid - but I REALLY wanted some coffee before seeing my next client. No one ever came on the drive thru intercom. The couple in front of me drove around and went inside, and came back out to tell those of us waiting in line that no one was behind the counter or anywhere to be found. Two cars were parked up front, which I assume were the employees? Strange experience to say the least.

Store used to be good. Whoever is in charge of keeping the store stocked is not doing a good job. When you order half the stuff is unavailable. It’s extremely annoying.

The previous review about old donuts is completely wrong. I COME HERE EVERYDAY and even see them throw away donuts that don't get sold before closing at 8. They get fresh donuts daily. Being a daily customer, the customer service is GREAT. I stay beside another dunkin donuts and drive 15 minutes just to come here. I'm greeted promptly and given fast service. I wouldn't come here daily if it weren't good

I've lived in this area over 15 years. This Dunkin Donuts has really bad customer service. I decided to give it a try after five years and nothing has changed. I went in 6 am thinking I would get fresh donuts. Absolutely not---they gave me donuts from the previous day and customer service was horrible. Never, ever again. Living in Charlotte I have a plethora of choices. I can choose who I give my money to.

Normally this is the go to Dunkin’ but after today that might change. Ordered two medium coffee and they’re both barely halfway filled. I get that they add foam and cream to some but I’m paying full price for half a product. The people are always nice but this is a rip off.
Placed a curbside order here every Saturday and Sunday as I always do. This particular day it took way longer than it normally does for my order to come out. When I walked in with my baby in my arms I asked the barista or cashier did she see my order that was ready on the counter if she saw it was a curbside order? She said yes but she was busy making other drinks. So my order doesn’t matter? Never coming here again! Where is the customer service? Or how about I apologize Ma’am it was an oversight on my part?

It’s so annoying to place a mobile order then have to wait at least 10 mins for your order to be ready when the establishment is not even busy. The point in a mobile order is to have your order made ahead of time to avoid the wait.

This is my favorite location because the staff is very friendly and they provide a great customer experience. Also, I order a specific iced coffee and I have not been let down whenever I order. Great location and will continue. Oh, Miss Sue is Awesome also she is there in the early morning hours.
