Went in this morning, three people behind the counter all staring at their phones. Waited two minutes before anyone waited on me!!!! Two minutes!!!! Then the acting like I disturbed them. Cannot believe that a national restruant is this ignorant when it comes to customer service. I wish I had read the reviews before I went in. It is evident that the owners/managers do not care. Will never go there again -- these workers should be ashamed but I know they could not care less. Stay away from this repugnet disgrace of a coffee shop.

You regained a customer! I had been a regular here for a long time but service and environment had been painfully bad for a while and I stopped going a few months ago. Just went in today and the experience was a 180 in the positive direction. Great atmosphere, fast quick service, excellent hot and ready food and the employees seemed super on top of everything and coordinated even though it was a busy morning with a long but fast moving line.
Trash - Ordered doordash so i could have a coffee - bought food so I wouldnt have to pay more fees. Food shows up but no coffee. Doordash guy says call store. Call store and they said nothing we can do - reorder or come pick up yourself. GREAT SERVICE. Thanks for helping make my morning bright. Total Garbage out of this store.

This shop needs to replace employees ASAP if they want to be in business. Most incompetent employees. Always mixing up orders and when you ask them, Manager Alex has an attitude about it like you did something wrong. I’m done going in this place for good.

Stopped in this morning...9am...to grab coffee and donuts for the team at work...also got a coffee roll and a bowtie...the coffee was fine and the donuts were soft and fresh, BUT the coffee roll and bowtie were SUPER TOUGH & DRY like they had been sitting out for days :(

We placed an order for delivery and we did not receive what we ordered. We called the store and complained and the employee Christina was so rude and nasty. Hercustomer service was horrible.

Almost each time I go here. Food is cold. Hash Browns nearly uncooked on inside. Ask for bagel to be toasted, cold. Breakfast sandwich Luke warm to cold. Not sure what the issue is?

Food was so terrible. Got snackin bacon and avocado toast. The snackin bacon was missing the seasoning/ glaze so it was just regular burnt bacon. The avocado toast had barely any bagel seasonings and wasn't toasted at all. Service was good though and the establishment was clean.
