This is one of the best Dunkin’s in the city. The staff is so personable and friendly no matter what time of the day you come in. You feel like you’re picking up a coffee from your family’s house. On top of that, their teamwork is amazing. The food comes out so quick and always done correctly. Kudos to this team!

Poor customer service, my last 2 visits. At the register and nobody took my order. I used the kiosk because they looked busy. Then someone started taking and fulfilling orders without fulfilling my order. So I pointed out I placed an order. So the cashier takes another order and then fulfills mine. Things like this never happened at Krispy Kreme.

I ordered and paid for apple fritters. When I got home, I realized I was given cinnamon rolls. I had my receipt and stopped by the next day to get some type of solution. I only got a smart mouth young woman that had nothing but smart mouth comments like I don't know why you're so upset... this didn't cost that much... we don't give refunds, etc. She finally laughed in my face and slammed the window. I'll never go to another Dunkin Donuts again. Wilkinson Blvd location.
The lunchtime crew is very rude. The morning crew is very nice.

Drinks are so inconsistent and don’t EVER taste anything remotely like what I ordered. Not drinkable. Never have any food. Donut display is ALWAYS empty. Why is this location even open?

My favorite Dunkin' spot since moving down from Jersey. They are nice, and they are QUICK. No drive-thru, but it doesn't even matter. I got a sandwich, coffee and dozen donuts--by the time I was done picking the donuts, they were handing me my sandwich!
