I just visited this location to pick up my mobile order. Nobody greets you when you enter the store. I'm standing at the mobile pickup and my order is not there. I was there for a few minutes with workers at the counter and nobody says hello or offers to help. It turns out my mobile order was placed in the wrong spot-that's not an issue. What is an issue is nobody stops what they are doing to take care of a customer. The place seems fully staffed, there was only 3 customers sitting with their food and o a few cars in the drive-thru, I say this to say it wasn't busy enough for me to be ignored. And my Chai tea is taste horrible.

They play to loud music inside for one! The customer service is terrible very nasty attitudes! I ordered a white toasted latte cold they gave me a cup of milk basically!!! It was horrible I went back and it was remade but worse!!! I gave up and went to Starbucks! At this location they need a new team of employees or new attitudes with better customer service!!!

Service seems to be hit or miss here. I usually pick up mobile orders, so many times my interactions are minimal. Most times, the person at the window is fairly nice, so I usually tip them.Oddly, they refused to break a bill so I could tip them. Who I believe was the “Stupid visor” walked by the window to scope me out. I guess I looked suspicious so she told the girl working the window to tell me they couldn’t open the drawer. I knew this was a lie because they’ve done it for me before.Oh well. I’ll save my money and tip people who appreciate it.

This Dunkin is scamming customers by ringing up certain items as other items, for example they ring up a croissant with cheese the same as a croissant with egg and cheese, which costs twice as much. I had to go to another Dunkin to get the correct price. I was told they are probably doing this to get over on people and charge more for items that were not ordered. I have made a complaint with the corporate office and management.

I usually don't go to dunkin' Donuts, and this visit was a reminder of why. I ordered a small toasted white chocolate latte, donuts, and hashbrowns. My cup felt really light, so I opened it and realized it was halfway full. I asked the guy if he could fill it up, and he told me it would just be more milk added. I'm like ? you really think I just want more milk!! The taste was not good. The hashbrowns were greassy and soggy. I won't be back

Terrible customer service. We went in and waited to place an order to be told we had to use the kiosk. The kiosk was not working properly. My son opened a Gatorade and I told her I just wanted to pay for that. She processed my payment in the drive through. Asked for my receipt and she said they don't print receipts.
