This is a great Duncan location. Even though we were there in the late afternoon, the donuts were fresh and just as I remembered them from years gone by (a Massachusetts girl ).Seating is ample and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Folks here are nice dont get me wrong. Just... They can never get an order right. 3 different times in 1 week this place has let me down.1) they filled my tea with coffee and still put the tea bag in it.2) gave me whole milk instead of almond milk.3) gave me the wrong tea entirely.I like to sit down in my office and enjoy Dunkin so I don't look at it until I'm in my office. It's easier just to find a different coffee shop then double check someone's work every day.Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant. Severely. And this location does not pay attention to what kind of milk you request.

Visited this past Thursday. They were busy and only two staff working the counter. When I got up to the register, I wasn't greeted by Edith. No smile. What can I get you? Nothing. After we stared at each other for what seemed like forever, she never said anything so I finally just gave her my order. Considering how busy they were, she seemed more interested in talking with her coworker rather than being efficient and getting the line down. I will not return to this location.

No drive-through. No ice cream in the case. No drive-through. I came it use my Ap for the DD side it was turned off. I was thrown off, so it took me a while to order. However, a young girl called me a "B" and didn't know I knew Spanish. So I left. I refuse to have someone who says, "Is that B ready yet?" Fix my order. This wasn't my normal location, so I left. I ordered here once before pre-Covid, and it was fine. I got ice cream. However, my review is the poor serve that I received.

The employees here need to watch their conversation while on the clock , I was repulsed by the casual conversation taking place around families with their children . Can't imagine it being difficult to own and operate a Dunkin' Donuts , keeping conversation strictly professional is the easy part . Otherwise it's a Dunkin Donuts , same service you would expect . ??☕
