Rude customer service at the window and the drive thru. Although I was pleasant despite their rude behavior they still felt it necessary to make a negative comment about me not knowing that I understand Spanish. This store associates need customer service training. If there were a way to rate them at zero I would. From what I could see they all were blanco litas. That didn't want to work today. This is my last visit at this location. Plus the coffee isn’tgreat there anyway.

1.59 for 6 soggy hashbrowns!? Seriously? This is my first time ordering food from DD, and it will be my last. This is my experience, yours may be different. They are so soggy. Under cooked. So gross. Lesson learned. The only reason I gave a 3 is for the staff. They truly are great.

Ordered a cup of coffee .. they made a cold coffee. I explained I didn't order a cold coffee. I was then very firmly informed by an employee that I have to be very specific when talking to them. That the last time I go there DONE!

Today was my last day visiting this location. Today, a lovely older lady named Maria told me I couldn't use the bathroom because it's for paying customers. I asked her, "So I'm not a customer?" After she reluctantly puts the code in. I got my order, and she said, "Now you look like a paying customer." In a low voice with a smirk on her face. Mind you, I grab coffee from there 3 to 4 days out of the week. There are 4 Starbucks surrounding this location. Maria made it an easy decision for me.

Begining of October, so I asked for a latte.. pulled up to an iced Latte. Asked for a hot latte, saw the lady grab my iced latte and just knew she steamed it up.... got my drink opened it up and there was my confirmation.. couldn't even taste the espresso, no foam... nothing but sweet milk. I don't like confrontation so just another spot off my list.

This was an exceptional DD. Service was so fast and everyone that worked there was in the best mood and we LOVED the energy there. Felt very welcomed and appreciated (so did my kiddos).

Guy taking the order is not like what I’ve experienced before coming here I work outside all day in the heat I come by to get drinks and cups of ice frequently I come by today told the drink I’d like and a cup of ice 90+ degrees today and he said my drink wouldn’t be full I responded well what’s that mean it’s not going to be halfway then will it? I always get a cup of ice with no issue this guy shouldn’t assume people want more drink just for asking for a cup of ice its freaking hot outside so disrespectful and rude he needs to either not deal with people or needs to be retrained in customer service less customers less money for the business it’s real simple ?‍♂️?‍♂️

The customer service at this location is the worst. I've been ignoring most however Alexia Garcia took the disrespect and obnoxious customer service to an entirely different level. She was upset that I wanted my money returned on my card AFTER I couldn't provide 19 cents in coins. It was 96° out and I pulled over to get doughnut and a cup of ice water. I had no change in my car and told her I couldn't find any ...Alexia grabbed the water back inside the window and said "No, you don't have 19 cents you can not have this!" I asked to speak to a manager 2 times, she said "No"..She grabbed the bag and water again and told me I couldn't have it .. I said "Ok, so please can you add the money back on my card because you're rude and I'd rather spend elsewhere..I'll definitely be making a review on yelp" Alexa replied in the most nastiest attitude "It's not my fault you don't have 19cents, you're a grown A$$ woman and your reviews won't mean anything so I don't care!" The way she started yelling at me through the window making me feel threatened as if she was going to come outside to my windows to fight while her co workers stood near her smiling was unbelievable and clearly showed she was having a bad day! .after I expressed to her that I felt threatened she THREW my card on the counter and told her co worker to finish the tranaction as she stormed off from the register.. Her co worker continued on with the sarcastic, rude attitude rolling her eyes and smart snap back that she didn't pay attention to how much money she was adding back onto my card. So if the register is short a few dollars on 7/28/2023 around 4:50pm, thanks to Alexa and Her coworker whos name begins with A "C" (I deleted it by mistake) for moving too fast trying to prove a point to A "Grown A$$ Woman" ..

nickerson dnd in hampton virginia .... very quickly going downhill. went yesterday for coffee waited in drive line for quite some time.... finally when nearer the window, we watched as the person in front of us talked with a staff member. then we waited and waited. i exited the car and approached the window on foot. i asked if i could please get my xl coffee (the only item we ordered). the staff said they were brewing coffee, i asked if it was a surprise that people in line wanted coffee... thats is just crazy, i canceled order and exited .. with previous customer still waiting. i did notice five other cars inline, hope there was coffee for them ka
