I understand that times are hard and everyone has bad days, but I had a horrible interaction here last week and customer service has yet to do anything about it so i will definitely be sharing my experience publicly. My boyfriend and I came there for a simple Caramel Iced coffee and even though they completely forgot his drink the first time, and accidentally made the second one incorrectly, those were honest mistakes and we’re only human. Completely understandable. However, the iced coffee was made with the wrong sugar, so it was crunchy and undrinkable. My boyfriend tried to drink it but ultimately we went all the way back to give them one more chance to fix it. The woman working the register was the icing on the cake for us. She had an irritated expression on her face the second she saw us walk in with the coffee, and her tone of voice was rude. We politely told her what the issue was, and she asked what he wanted. He politely told her he just wants to see if she’ll remake the caramel iced coffee. She re-made the coffee, but then told us to throw away the other coffee we didn’t want anymore. We went over to the straws/trash and my boyfriend tried the drink and immediately shook his head. I tried it myself and it was absolutely horrible. It was supposed to be a caramel iced coffee, it tasted like sweet tea. It was again, undrinkable. At that point I was frustrated but didn’t want to complain so I told him to just leave the coffees and we left without saying a word. The woman at the register started yelling at us telling us to throw away the coffees as we were walking out the door and even took the time to come to the back door of the building waving her arms and yelling. Completely inappropriate behavior. Like I said, we’re only human, but we all have to work and pay bills, and may not enjoy the job that allows us to do it, but it doesn’t mean you get to be ugly to people for no reason. I never want to see anybody lose their job but to have the time and effort to come all the way outside a building and yell should’ve been the same effort you put into making the drink right. To be so rude after getting an order wrong a third time is ridiculous and unprofessional. If I can help it I’ll never be coming to this location again.

It's the morning coffee crew for me. They are always giving 5 star service with a smile. I mainly use the drive thru for my coffee order. If I order some breakfast, it's always been hot.

DISGUSTED! They don't answer the phone, nor has customer support responded to the opened case. On 1/9 I ordered a grilled cheese. Took a bite and my coworker stopped me. BLACK MOLD was on the underside. I immediately spit it out. I've called, opened a chat and emailed. Tomorrow I will take it a step further.

The food is decent,but the service needs a lot of work . Do not eat here if you are pushed for time because these folks are very slow. They are very nice but very slow and several times got my order wrong or left things out of my bag only to find out down the road and didn't have the time to go back.

As a loyal customer, I have visited this store on multiple occasions, and the extended wait times in the drive-thru have become a recurring issue that needs to be addressed urgently.During my recent visits to the Sugar Creek location, I have experienced wait times exceeding 20 minutes in the drive-thru. What is particularly frustrating is that some cars ahead of me in the queue have opted to leave due to the excessive wait times, further exacerbating the problem. It is disheartening to see loyal customers, like myself, forced to abandon their orders due to the unreasonably long waits.As a customer, I understand that there may be busy periods and occasional delays, but the consistent nature of this issue suggests a more systemic problem with the store's operational efficiency. Slow service not only inconveniences customers but also damages the reputation of Dunkin' Donuts as a whole.I believe that Dunkin' Donuts has the potential to provide excellent service, and I hope this letter serves as a constructive critique. I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this issue and implement measures to reduce wait times at the Sugar Creek location.
