First time trying Eddie V’s. The food and atmosphere was wonderful!!! Being a server at a fine dining establishment I tend to always have decent expectations when I go out hoping that I will receive good service.I brought my husband out for his birthday and our server was not knowledgeable about anything we had questions about. She didn’t check in often. Didn’t see her for long periods of time. She wasn’t trained properly on pouring martinis at the table. She could’ve been newer. In a fine establishment like Eddie V’s I would think the server would be trained properly on the menu & customer service & what is expected when serving guests. Especially first timers. We might try it again one day, just hope for better service next time.

My husband and I celebrated my 30th birthday and had a wonderful experience. We made reservations and the time was honored by staff. I waiter was attentive and knowledgeable. Now to the food.. everything that we stuffed, yes stuffed lol, in our mouths was delicious and flavorful. 5’s across the board.

My experience today at Eddie V’s was atrocious. Representative Grace and Andrew, were no help at all and did absolutely nothing to rectify the disrespect and unprofessional treatment I received. The the service at this location has been declining over the last several years and this experience was my last straw. I will no longer be going to this restaurant until they get better management because I have been a customers here for over five years and to be disrespected in such away is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I was able to enjoy my birthday dinner at Eddie V's last night and everything was amazing from beginning to end. From the quick efficient valet service to the amazing service experience from Nyla to our amazing entrees and drinks, everything was top tier. We would definitely return for any occasion and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent dining experience.

Nice first experience. Was able to get 4 chairs at the bar to dine but it was later on in the evening. Food was amazing. The only complaint I have was that I paid for to go crème brûlée and the bartender never placed my dessert that I paid for in the bag. For the amount of money we paid for the food you would think that they wouldn’t forget that. Other than that, great experience. Wish I could’ve gotten to taste the dessert though.

Last night was my first time patronizing Eddie V's, however it will NOT be my last! From valet parking to valet pick-up they earned their 5 stars! Music, atmosphere, service, food and on and on perfect. I ordered as a main course the crab stuffed shrimp. The portion, presentation, and taste all remarkable. The staff, who paid attention to our every need(12 folks in total) and Noah was amazing, the Valet staff, who took care of our vehicles, and the chef, who ensured that whatever he/she put out was tasty. I can't give enough credit. Take a bow Eddie V's, you've earned it.

My service with Raven tonight was absolutely exceptional! Me & my tot sat in the happy hour area of the bar. She greeted us efficiently with a great smile & energy about herself! From the cocktails (which I had the Golden Hour, so amazing I ordered THREE of them!) to the happy hours items (I had the steak sliders with the delicious onion jam! & the Rockefeller oysters) she recommended down to which side I should select to pair with my 10oz filet mignon & stuffed crab shrimp, she was flawless and essential in every decision I made with my courses! I’ll absolutely be back for as long as I can sit with Raven! :)Kid-friendliness: A children’s menu is given & the ambience and setting is child-friendly.

Did a party here for my wife's 50th. They did not disappoint. Food and service was great. The lobster bites and the salmon are my personal favorites. It was a private intimate room and our family had many great memories surrounded by great eats and wonderful service.

Wanted to go out for a nice meal with my family and this place seemed to have good reviews so we decided on it. At first everything seemed good with a nice ambiance and live music. We got a booth in the center of the restaurant and were introduced to our server Tripp. He started off introducing himself and going over the menu. He then asked if we had any time constraints which we said no to since we were just planning to have a nice meal and didn't think much of the question. We ordered our salads and entrees at the same time, and then began the waiting. We weren't in any real rush but that doesn't excuse waiting an hour for 4 salads. During the time we waited Tripp didn't come by once to check on us and we had to grab his attention for drink refills multiple times. When he finally did bring our salads there was no explanation as to why it took so long, just a quiet "sorry that took a while". Our salads were good, and we just assumed he may have forgotten to put in our orders at first, but that our meals would be coming out not too long after. To our surprise it was another 45 minutes to an hour of our server Tripp avoiding us before our entrees and sides came out with no explanation for the wait. We were hoping that the saving grace would be the quality of the food but the South African lobster was dry and tough and 3 out of 4 of our sides were cold. The food was still pretty good but not nearly high enough quality for the price. Overall the best word to describe our dining experience is Disappointing. We wanted to get a creme brulee for dessert but after having to wait for over 2 hours total for everything it was not worth waiting any longer. For such an expensive meal and such high reviews we were hoping for a better experience and honestly Tripp's performance as a server really was the main factor in our poor experience. I would not recommended this place and would certainly never return.

I would given them a five if… The silly hostess insisted on making a 83 year old woman stand in the vestibule on the coldest day of the year instead of taking her to her seat. Because someone in our party was valeting the car. The food was as always excellent. This was our 3rd time eating here the crab ? fried rice is always superb. The 12oz filet mingon is amazing. The truffle Mac and cheese OMG and the service wasA1.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent dining experience I had at Eddie's Seafood. Unfortunately, the visit did not meet my expectations and I feel compelled to bring the following issues to your attention.Firstly, the lobster bisque I ordered was extremely disappointing. It lacked flavor and was served cold, which greatly diminished the overall enjoyment of the dish. As a seafood restaurant, I had high hopes for the bisque, but it fell far short of what I had anticipated.Furthermore, the main course, specifically the steak I ordered, was not prepared to my liking. I specifically requested a medium-cooked steak, but what I received was a well-done one. The temperature was completely off, and this greatly affected the taste and tenderness of the meat. It was a significant letdown, as a properly cooked steak is one of the highlights of a dining experience.Another aspect that left me dissatisfied was the lack of attentiveness from the staff. Throughout the meal, nobody checked in to inquire about the quality of the food or if everything was enjoyable. It is disheartening when a restaurant fails to engage with their customers and ensure their satisfaction.I understand that mistakes can happen in any establishment, but the combination of these issues greatly impacted my overall dining experience at Eddie's Seafood. As a loyal customer, I genuinely hope that you take my feedback into consideration and address these concerns to improve the quality of service and food at your restaurant.I believe in the potential of Eddie's Seafood and hope that my next visit will be a more positive one. Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,Carlos

The food is very good, they actually have desert other than the usual brownie restaurants have. We usually spend about $300 for 2 people so expect high prices. The sides are table shareable large dishes. They are $25+, but that's enough for maybe 3 or 4 people. We get 2 and have a lot left. The music is usually live piano and isn't loud enough to hinder conversation. If it's busy they put you in the private room, but I prefer the main floor for the piano. You need a reservation for busy holiday weeksThey have valet and validate, though I don't remember which garage.Suggestion:Lamb, black truffle Mac and cheese (real truffle), lemon tartParking: They validate, but don't remember which garage, I Believe it's the hotel garage
