The restaurant is clean and there is seating inside if you don't want to take your food to go!

I always see this spot but have always passed it so this morning I decided to give it a try. I got myself the Recharge Smoothie and the Southwestern Turkey. The ladies that served me were very nice and gave me a comforting feeling as I was browsing their menu. Overall 9/10, food and service is great!

Lifesaver for healthy lunch/ breakfast options in Charlotte Uptown. So delicious- salads, wraps, green smoothies.... This is my go-to for avoiding deep fried and generally poor quality nutrition options.

This is one of my go-to spots for lunch. I've only ever tried one thing and that's what I get everytime. The Popeye wrap is sooo good! It's a spinach wrap with spinach on the inside, (on some inception ish) roasted chicken, mozzarella cheese and some red sauce. I want to try other menu items but I enjoy wrap too much. The ladies I usually see preparing the foods be moving fast making everyone's food and smoothies. I usually dine in their dining area which has a handful of seats. Good service and a bomb Popeye wrap

Just picked up a chicken salad sandwich. I didn't know they burned it using the press machine till I got back to my desk such disappointment.
