The atmosphere of Figo 36 is great. Great for a date. We had the Bolognese which was really good. But we also ordered the Peperonata Chicken (they honestly just call it the chicken dish) and it was PHENOMENAL. That’s the one you can’t afford to miss!!

During our art walks, we frequently passed this restaurant. So, I wanted to try it out. We went for dinner and I was pleasantly surprised. They have an adorable outdoor patio (heated in winter), and the cutest furniture. Great customer service and delicious food. Reasonably priced. This modern Italian restaurant is definitely one I'd visit again.#italianfood #charlotte #restaurant

Not a big selection of food but still worthy of trying. I got the Salmon & it was hot and delicious. The smashed potatoes (but they weren’t) are enough for 2 people. The drinks I ordered (margaritas) weren’t to my liking but a person with me had a cosmopolitan & lemon drop and they liked it. We also tried the fried ravioli which was pretty good-tasty crunch.Parking: Free parking is hard to findKid-friendliness: My kids would’ve only ate the pizza.

My daughter ended up with food poisoning from this place. We know it was caused from the restaurant because she did not go anywhere else and was sick a few hours later. The chicken was as awful, the penne alla vodka was overly spicy. Awful experience and would not recommend to anyone. Contacting board of health based on this experience as well as others I have been reading.

Figo36 charged me a cancelation fee on a reservation made through Resy. I showed up for my reservation so I never should have been charged a fee. Contacted the restaurant twice by phone and was told it would be taken care of the next day. Nothing was ever done, followed up via email and received no response. Had to open a dispute with my CC company to resolve. Horrible customer service.Food and waitress were good.
Figo is such a cute place! Nicely decorated and trendy. The staff were nice and attentive. We started with drinks. They were strong, mainly ice. $15-16 for one drink. Which is ridiculous, but not unheard of at many nice restaurants. For the appetizer we got fried lasagna… Olive Garden grade at best. It was not what I expected for a slightly elevated place. For dinner we had the vodka pasta and red devil. The sauces on both dishes were delicious! But both the shrimp in the red devil and the added meat balls to the vodka pasta, were both overcooked. Overall you pay for the aesthetic of the place, the food is just okay. But I find that to be a trend at many Charlotte restaurants. Would I return? Not voluntarily, but maybe if I was invited by someone else.

Service was great, cocktails were good but the food was a 4 out of 10. Meatballs were so overcooked they crumbled. The gnocchi was super doughy and very heavy. The lemon ricotta pound cake was burned and they tried to fix it with what tasted like artificial lemon juice.
