My party arrived around 9,we had 2 servers, neither one was good they were rushy, not very good customer service one told us they we should have made reservations at 8 because they close at 10, if you wanted to order anything else they were quick to say the kitchen was closed ,this was the best place to eat but not anymore
The manager at this location is very disrespectful. One of the parties in our group's food did not come out with the rest of our group. The waitress let her know the kitchen did not prepare the order and they were making her food now. My friend decided she did not want her food because by the time her food came out we would all be done. If that wasn't bad enough the manager came over, and instead of apologizing for the mistake said here's your food. My friend said I told them I didn't want it. The manager said "you can take it to go" with an attitude and slammed the food on the table and walked away. I don't think the manager's response was appropriate and it was rude. Fix the manager. The waitress was very pleasant and apologetic. Martin is the manager's name. Not a good look for this being the first time here.

The portion was extremely small. I had to order an additional piece of chicken and was still hungry. The food was good though. Service sucked, no refills without asking. No regular napkins after asking two different servers twice. Table was dirty with dried glass rings and trash but fresh plates and silverware were set at the table. Dead spider in a huge web right in the window by my table. Store is dirty. I won't be back.

Went to celebrate two birthdays. It’s a week night and most people have to work. Reservation was made for 9:00 p.m. If you close at 10:00 p.m. why accept a 9:00 p.m. and give piss poor service?First of all, we were not offered any bread. When asked about it, the dark skinned woman with braids stated “kitchen is shut down.” I advised her that we had been there since 9:00 p.m. and was never offered any bread, she walked away and didn’t respond.Someone else in our party asked for another drink. The rude, unprofessional waitress ( dark skinned with braids, said “Y’all should have made a reservation for 8:00 p.m.” How freaking rude, ignorant and unprofessional to tell someone when to make a reservation? When you’re open and still taking customers, the customers should receive impeccable service until they exit the door to leave.Then, I told the 2nd server (light skinned with high bun and huge behind) that soda wasn’t good, she failed to care or ask if I wanted to replace drink with something else. It took someone else in our dinner party mentioning that their soda was also nasty, for her to say “may need to check machine to see if it’s out!” Yet, never came back to update us or change drinks. She was very nasty.Both servers were both rude and impatient. We were rushed. The food was horrible. I had the pasta and asked for mild sauce, it was still extremely spicy.Received very little salad and when I asked if that was all , the rude light skinned server responded nonchalantly that I ordered a side salad, as if I haven’t dined here plenty times and know what the portion sizes should look like.Unfortunately, I have to describe them because neither introduced themselves and provided a name.I will not be back. The service was lackluster, the servers were lazy and don’t seem to like their jobs.The food is disgusting and it’s just not like it used to be.

The Lobster Fondue Salmon was not correct. There were not any lobster in the fondue like the picture displayed. The waiters stated that lobster does not come in the fondue, but the picture with the menu does. It’s very misleading if that is this case. Shrimp was salty and not overly seasoned like they said. Overall nice place poor food and somewhat costumer service. Very disappointed.

My family and I had such a great experience. We came in with a party, and they made sure they were able to accommodate us. The food was great and the service was friendly. Came in to pick up a togo order with my little 2.5 yr old, she likes to look at the fire and open kitchen when we go, Chef Daniel saw us looking and brought us over and Introduced us to the cooks and certainly gave us a great experience! Thank you for help make our night, now time to eat some awesome food!

Look I had high hopes for Firebirds. Good reviews. Plenty of recs. When I went in, I waited for approximately 25 mins just to get my appetizer. I had the Cheesesteak Eggrolls, when they are so overcooked that your teeth hurt we have an issue. For my main course, I had the Durango Burger. The flavor was not there. It was a good concept, bun was toasted beautifully, but flavor wasn’t there. I also had the AuGratin Potatoes and the Street corn. The street corn had a good concept, decent flavor, the tomatoes kind of threw off the flavor. The AuGratin potatoes were cold, so one bite in, I couldn’t even enjoy them. What the worst part of this experience was, was that it took 45 mins to get my main course, and the restaurant was not very busy. It was a hard no from me. I hope the manager/owner sees this and can get this place in shape.
