Worst firehouse ever! If I could rate this place zero stars the rating would still be too good for them. Ordered two sandwiches, both were made incorrectly. The ingredients are not even close to the quality that I've come to expect that firehouse subs. Employees were moving at a snail's pace almost as if they were high.. which they visibly appeared to be. There was no visible management overseeing operations, and there was no attempt at friendliness during the order. In fact it was downright rude. The owner must know of these behaviors as I've seen multiple reviews as such. Clearly ownership has no idea and no concern about quality or customer service. I will never return!!

Absolutely one of the worst firehouse subs I’ve experienced. The place was filthy, the service was horrible, the employees rude and beyond lazy. I would have been better off throwing $25 in the garbage can. I can promise I will never be back!!!

I visited the Mallard Creek location to take food to a friend that lost her husband. When I arrived, there were three team members behind the counter and I was the only patron. I asked for the platter that serves 10. It basically boils down to 5 large sandwiches cut into quarters. I don’t know if they were confused, had never made a platter, or were afraid to do something out of their norm; but could not wrap their minds around completing the order. One team member called the manager via cell phone. Their response was “we usually ask 24 hours.” I left. There were three people, no other clients, and they couldn’t figure out between four adults how to make 5 large sandwiches on demand. Honestly, we have failed a generation. They don’t know how to pivot, or critically think. As a business owner, you let those dollars walk out the door without so much as a try.

I just went to the mallard creek location. I over-emphasized that I wanted extra onions on my salad. The little guy that was making the salad had an attitude anyway. So he just decided he would put no onions on the salad. That was really rude.

Walked in, and walked right out. There was a line of customers, someone just came off break. He threw a fit when they asked him to come up to the line and help. The other employee cussed him out in front of the entire line of customers and I walked out. Firehouse Subs fell way off, I'll make my own sub at this point. This right here, is exactly how you lose business, and a chain restaurant comes to an end.

I'm so glad I'll be back to work soon, I have an addiction to this place. I just learned there is a point kind of system. I'm going to download the app and maybe reach out to somebody to see about getting a bunch of lost points. Ugh, I even asked one day if you had something like this and was told no. Ah, I hate when the employees are not knowledgeable of there work place.

Young lady took my order. She was nice, but after she took my cash payment she wore the same gloves to prepare the food…viewed other team members changing gloves while preparing to prevent cross-contamination. She may be new and not know better. Probably won’t eat the sub.

Get people who don’t smoke everyday. I came in to redeem my points for a sandwich and the cashier doesn’t understand what redeem means. And he had an attitude as soon as I walked in. Why do think I gave you my phone number. No common sense at all its sad. The first time I come here and my last. University location is far better.

Store was empty and I walked in and wasn't greeted. Waited a while before they took my order. Took pretty long to make and the bread wasn't toasted. I order this all the time and it comes that way. Toon 20 minutes and the sand which wasn't even right.
