I enjoyed this location. I like how each location operates the same as in menu, decor, food, service and hospitality. Our server Joey was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant wasn't crowded and had a few parking spaces available which was appreciated since it sits in a building with other businesses. I'll definitely return.

My first visit to the one on Fairview Road was disappointing. I ordered the shrimp and grits. Good was ok but it had absolutely no andouille sausages in it! Nor did it have the bread. In the description it said these things were included. It also showed it in the pictures.

Customer service from host on 3/8 was terrible. I called to place an order 4 times and was hung up on. I came to the restaurant, asked who was answering the phones; a Caucasian girl with high bun, said I was answering. Then I informed her she hung up on me 4 times, she replied who? I then asked for a manager, she said she was going to get one, no one ever came. If this is the type of customer service you train to your host then you all need to be re-evaluated. I work in the same building as a customer service manager, I'm appalled to say the least. Terrible experience!!!

Be warned, the tip menu when paying is based off of your whole group’s total. I pressed 20 thinking I was only tipping for my portion.Food was delicious. Got French toast and an omelette. Waitress came around once.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and LiKicia did an excellent job. My in-laws are up in age and her patience was AWESOME!!! Definitely will be back.
It didn’t take long at all to be seated. Our server was very polite and knew the menu front to back. Any time I come back to Clt this is a must stop.

I went this morning, and although the place is very nice, they brought me water that had lumps like bread, then they brought me a glass for my coffee that had stains from someone else's lipstick, and lastly they brought me very salty potatoes, not I absolutely recommend it!

Welp this was our second attempt. First time our service was the issue and whoop there it is again. We were one of 4 tables sat at around 7:50am. It took 10 minutes and me flagging down the bar tender to get a waitress and drinks ordered. I watched server chaos and confusion while a table of 4 employees (I guess cooks) sat in the back corner clueless to the goings on. Once a server came over, she did a good job. This place has to do better. Who runs the front of house? Food was ok with one dish (skillet) under temp but the rest was hot. The pot of coffee that was left at our table kept me sane, but should a review be touting the coffee pot as the best part of a dining experience? Please invest in promoting awareness in the FOH. I'm a firm believer of the potential of this location. Will give it one more try perhaps in a few months.
