Good location, Great service and Incredible food!Cozy shaded area outside was nice with the pup. Our hostess was helpfull, kind and courteous in every way. Potatoes taste like they were marinated cooked crispy then seasoned (Perfect moon hash) chicken chorizo hash and or the chicken waffles were amazing! Thanks!

The strawberry stuffed cheesecake french toast was very good. I also enjoyed my spiked blueberry lemonade. It was not too strong and very refreshing.

The food was excellent, and the service was fast and friendly. However, the restaurant could benefit from a thorough cleaning to improve maintenance standards.

Indoor dining was very crowded, loud and noisy, so we asked to be seated outside.

The customer service was great! The food was good as well. I had the shrimp and grits w/ biscuit and cranberry apple butter (this was amazing!), and for my drink I had the Caribbean Sunset (I’mnot an alcohol drinker so my waitress made it w/ a little champagne and it was amazing!). My waitress was very kind, on top of things and went above and beyond!

I went on a slower morning in the middle of the week so, I didn’t wait long. Service was pleasurable, knowledgeable, and quick. Overall, a good casual experience. I’ll be back for other items upon which I had my eye!

The staff was super friendly! They offered me a sample of the grits, which were so delicious. I love that their sausage gravy is made from chicken and not pork. If I lived in the area, we would be here all the time!

So we went into the restaurant and was seated. We had a waitress that was EXTREMELY rude (brown girl maybe Indian decent) my mom had a lot of questions about menu items and pricing. I get that may have annoyed her, but why not get a manager to come out and go over the menu instead of being short with us and expressing how annoyed you are with us. We went ahead and ordered our food and my mom drinks out a paper cup and took her lid off so the waitress would know she needed a refill well in the process her lid falls off and the waitress seen it and quickly looks away as if we didn’t lock eyes so instead of coming over with a sweet tea she fixes a Diet Coke for another table. So as I’m looking at her waiting for her to look at me the manager (young white guy) says something to her she comes over and says yes? I’m like my mom needs a refill and her lid feel on the floor. She aggressively grabs cup refills drink and brings it back with attitude. So we got up and left because I refuse to spend my hard earned money with people who treat you so badly. Will never return to this location customer service was absolutely horrible.

This is the Stonecrest location in Charlotte. We needed to eat outside. The staff was incredibly accommodating. The manager was spot on with service with a smile. He even moved tables around outside for us to make things easier. Our waitress was awesome too and carefully listened to what we wanted and made it happen. Everyone was kind and very considerate. The staff went the extra mile. The food was great! The manager brought it to us himself.I highly recommend this place!

Wanted to try a breakfast place while visiting home, this place certainly hit the spot! The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was inviting and the manager Sully was a hoot! It was nice having a manager check on the diners. My parents and I would definitely come back and bring other family.

The worst experience ever. The dirtiest breakfast place. We came in on 4/2 at 10 am and sat outside and ordered drinks and my daughter didn’t get her drink and Evelyn (our waitress) said “you should have ordered one- even though she asked for OJ. (At this point we already ordered food). The leaves from trees kept falling into our drinks so we asked to be seated inside. When we came inside, we asked for new drinks and Evelyn said “you didn’t bring them inside???” And rolled her eyes when we said they had leaves in them, and we told her to go check. They were all covered in leaves, shocker! So she brings out our WATERS and not and OJ that we paid for AFTER WE GOT OUR CHECK!!! Then charged us for 4 drinks when we had 2. Half of us (table of 6) got our food 20 minutes apart from each other. They forgot to bring out my French toast and charged me for it.(they only brought my bacon and egg sides) We asked to speak to the manager(who said his name is Senny), I told them they added things to my bill and they didn’t want to take it off, but he did remove it after he found it still in the kitchen. Ridiculous. Poor service and management. I just wanted to treat my daughter for her birthday and this is the experience she received.

I've never had a bad meal at the Flying Biscuit. We normally go to the Park Rd location but came to this location for the first time. Where there would normally be a long wait on the weekends, we got in right away because we were willing to sit at the bar. The food was prepared quickly but was still fresh and hot. I love that they offer so many non-pork options. In fact, besides bacon, they don't serve potk but they offer turkey bacon, chicken sausage and this time I tried chicken chorizo. Their grits are always creamy, the biscuits are always fluffy. I often have their biscuits and gravy because it's made with chicken sausage and its amazing and you can't find that anywhere else but the grits bowl with chicken chorizo was amazing and I'll have that again as well. You just can't go wrong.I only gave 4 stars for service because our server was nice but it was hard to get her attention and ultimately it took awhile for us to get our bill.Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for non pork esters
