I'm quite disappointed this time. I ordered a chimichanga, but what I received was not what I expected. I recommended to the waitress to double-check orders, especially for takeout.

We've struggled to find authentic, traditional Mexican food in Charlotte and this was perfect. Aztec, Mayan, Cuban, Carribean, even urban - it's all here and very tasty. Quacamole was made fresh; I was even asked about spice level when I indicated no jalapeño. Comfortable seating and nice ambiance. Highly recommended.

Well this use to be one of my favorite Mexican restaurants to place to go orders because of the prices and food (not service). Not to mention they’d offer either chips and salsa or a bean soup with every to go order. I typically didn’t like dining in here because the service was slow and during the weekends it can get too rowdy here. However, I placed a to-go here after a few years of not coming to this establishment…I walked in to two waitresses sitting down and gossiping on the bench. Neither of them greeted me but instead one looked at me with an irritated look on her face and said “you placed a to-go order? What’s the name?” Mind you the lady who took my order in the phone never asked for my name so I had to explain what I was picking up. A waitress from the back came out and rang me up and this whole time the two waitresses on the bench were still on the bench that’s right in front of the payment window so I felt as if I was disturbing them since I had to stand in front of them.I paid almost $15 for an order of chicken sopes & a side of rice (which use to cost me about $10). The part that took me off guard was that they no longer give chips and salsa for their takeout orders! You’re already paying higher prices for their food, you have to deal with their attitude, drive around all the potholes in their parking lot, and deal with random people that hang out outside this business, & they can’t even give you what every other Mexican restaurant gives which is complimentary chips and salsa…This definitely will be my last time coming to this establishment. There are TOO many Mexican restaurants I can go to where I don’t have to deal with all the extra, still get delicious food, great customer service, & chips & salsa.Parking: They have a decent sized parking lot, it’s free. However, you feel like you’re driving through an obstacle course because of all the huge potholes you have to go around. Not mention there tends to be a lot of homeless people that sleep here so be careful when it gets dark because they will follow you or stop by your car and ask for money.

HORRIBLE!! The customer service is horrible. I work at a restaurant and this is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. They were extremely horrible at communication. Very lazy workers. Made me wait for over an hour and cost me $40 and I didn’t even get my food!!!!

The food here is above average. Be prepared to wait a bit, it's not fast food. Highly recommended if you love Mexican food.

DEFINITIVAMENTE NO VAYAN A ESTE SITIO QUE PORQUERÍA LA COMIDA! PEDIMOS UN MOLCAJETE DE MARISCOS Y LO SIRVIERON EN PLATO A PARTE DE SÚPER SAZONADO. Y MI ESPOSA UN ASADO QUE PARECÍA JAMÓN LA CARNE DE LO FINA QUE ERA! EL SERVICIO DE LA MESONERA ESTUVO BUENO. PERO ES ❌URGENTE❌ QUE CAMBIEN EL CHEF DE ESE RESTAURANTE. NO ERA ASÍ HACE UNOS 6 MESES!

In my recent visit to Las Cazuelas, I found the overall dining experience to be satisfactory. The carne asada stood out with its flavorful tenderness, showcasing the restaurant's skill in preparing grilled meats. However, the chorizo, unfortunately, fell short of my expectations, lacking the robust flavor and authenticity I anticipated. While the food was okay, the overall culinary experience at Las Cazuelas did not meet the high standards I typically expect from a Mexican restaurant.Vegetarian options: Some options
