Just went to this place, and this experience was awful. I ordered the vegetable lo-mein and hot wings. A total waste of money, we managed to eat those salty wings but that day old lo-mein no way. It was dry, old pieces of vegetables and salty as well. I normally order the Sacha chicken but wanted to try something different. They do a good business, but if they're going to start throwing out slop, I certainly won't be back. And tonight's meal was the game changer for me. Will look for a better place because the honeymoon must be over with this place. $18.00 down the drain. Best part of my meal was the can of Pepsi-Cola

I've been to 5 forture cookies here in charlotte. All over 3 times eachThis one SUCKS. Food is bland EVERY time i go. (3 times) i won't be backFried rice is so bland that it is nasty. Taste like they just dumped rice cooked with just water on to my plate.

Disappointed with quality of food given the overall rating. Basic issue was bland food. Steamed dumplings were ok. Orange chicken was dry and overcooked, or had been sitting for a while. Pork fried rice was rather bland. I added my own spices to it. Just a disappointment.

I’ve been going there for about a year now and the food is great along with the customer service. But this young lady working the counter now is rude she has no patience and seems to have a bias.the lady before her was nice sweet and patient.
